					You are invited to participate in the Virginia Community Colleges Association (VCCA) “Silver Celebration”.
The VCCA will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary during the annual convention to be held October 25-27,
2007, at the Omni Hotel, in Richmond Va.

We are seeking organizations to participate as vendors, sponsor refreshment breaks, events, provide door prizes
and provide gifts for speakers. For many attendees, this type of participation is one of the highlights of the
convention. Vendors may distribute small favors to all expo attendees.

The benefits of participating in the VCCA annual convention are great:
 A chance to support a professional organization that represents thousands of community college employees
   and tens of thousands of community college students.
 An opportunity to enhance public awareness about your organization.
 An opportunity to meet and network with numerous faculty, staff and administrators from all 23 community
   colleges in Virginia.
 An opportunity to develop business leads and thus increase revenue for your organization.

In return for your participation, you will receive:
 Recognition in the printed convention program
 A listing on our vendor/sponsor sign, that will be featured prominently throughout the convention
 A public announcement about your sponsorship at events that you sponsor
 Display space if you choose to participate as a vendor
 Complimentary Lunch on Friday

Vendors
Organizations that choose to participate as vendors will be able to set up on Friday, October 26 beginning at
7 a.m. in the corridor of the convention facilities. The vendor exhibits will be on display on Friday from
9 a.m. until 5 p.m. On Friday, lunch will be provided for you and an adult guest. If you wish to attend
the Friday evening banquet, the cost will be $45.00 per person.

                                        25th Annual VCCA Convention
                                            Hotel Accommodations

   Mention the VCCA Convention when making reservations. This facility fills up fast so make your
             reservations early. Visit the Web site for more information about the hotel:

The deadline for room reservations is Saturday, September 22, 2007 @ 5 p.m. Costs of rooms
are $129.00 for a single or double room, plus 13% tax. The additional person charge is at a rate
of $20.00. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed
with a major credit card. To cancel a reservation, the hotel must be notified prior to noon on
the day of arrival. Any reservations received after September 22nd will be honored on a
space-available basis at a rate determined by the hotel. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and
checkout time is 12:00 p.m.
