Wedding Reception & Dinner & Onsite Catering
From elegant dining to onsite villa catering and beach BBQ parties – anything is possible. Restaurants and caterers
in Providenciales are outstanding. High quality and choices for every taste and budget make it a pleasure to add it
to an event. We will assist you with menu options, suggestions for set up and decoration and everything you can
imagine for your wedding function. A planning and coordination fee for reception, dinner or other catered event
applies.

Please note that all restaurants charge 10% tax and 15% to 20% service charges
Bands: Island Music / Reggae / Calypso
Providenciales has a wonderful variety of musicians and bands. For your cocktail reception, dinner party or
after dinner dancing bands can be combined with DJ services to create a complete evening of Caribbean
flair and entertainment. All hourly rates are subject to a two hour minimum performance.

How to start the Wedding Planning
To secure your date and to start the wedding coordination, a deposit of $500.00 US is required for Barefoot
Wedding, Wedding in Paradise, Renewal of Vows Packages and Customized Groups up to 15 persons. A deposit of
$1500.00 US is required for groups of 16 - 45 persons and $2000 US is required for 46 – 95 persons. Deposits may
be made by credit card, bank draft, or wire transfer. In case of cancellation, 50% of the deposit may be refunded if
not more than 10 hours of planning time have been provided by Nila Destinations. No refunds for cancellations of
weddings booked to take place during the months of February through June. Nila includes up to 10 hours of
planning + onsite time on packages, 25 hours on groups 9–45 guests, 40 hours for 46-75 guests, 45 hours for 76-
95 guests. Additional hours will be charged at $75 per hour. All planning must be corresponded in hard copy via
email or fax. Telephone calls must be scheduled in advance within office hours. General Office hours: Tues-Fri 9
am – 5 pm, Sat 9 am – 1 pm.
Booking deposits or delivery fees may apply for certain wedding items and vendors. The balance payment to Nila
must be received 2 weeks prior to the wedding if payment is by wire transfer or credit card. Please note credit card
payments are subject to a 5% credit card fee and wire transfers $15 fee. Final payment made after arrival to the
island can be accepted in the form of cash, bank draft/cashier’s check or traveler checks. We regret that no personal
checks can be accepted.
60 days before the wedding date NILA Destinations needs to have received all your decisions on services and items
pertaining to your wedding. NILA Destinations will provide a completed wedding planning document at that time for
your approval. Changes made after this time may result in additional charges. In case of a cancellation less than 60
days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply based on wedding planning and coordination charges as
outlined above. Vendor pricing is subject to change without notice.
