Project Description:
         This Application’s 1st Iteration is now working in client side. This Application has two main
modules
1)Micro ERP (Merp)         2) 3Tier. Here 3 Tier it is like a setup module for the Micro ERP Module. Through
3 Tier Module the SAP data’s which pulled into the server will be taken and build as an xml format so
that Micro ERP will process by reading xml format. This xml format in encrypted and inserted into a
Database called “PortalServer” DataBase. Which has all the WD(Dealer) end xml formats. For all the
WD’s once the WD got registered automatically a unique table will be created in the “PortalServer”
database.
         The 3-Tier will be in Exe formats. Once the xml pulled into the master table called “ITC001”
which got mapped with the Micro ERP pull the data’s once it got synchronized. From the Micro ERP end
will have the details of all the WD’s and its transactions.
         Micro ERP will be doing the transactions like calculating sales for each WD and its money
transactions like sales for sku and discounts per item, invoicing Purchase,sales wise ,purchase wise,item
wise invoicing wise reports etc.
          Admin will have geography mapping,role mapping , page wise mapping, master setups ,major
reports viewing etc. Dealer will have item purchase,purchase returns etc.
         Finally Reports will be shown as per admin and dealer wise. This Application is working live in
client side.

        Admin and Education Provider(EP) will have both Offline and Online process of payment. But
member will have only online but not offline. Education Provider(EP) will be any common education
centers in cities. When Users Registered for a certificate member can apply for examination.
        Reports will be taken for a member or EP wise Registration,Examination done and the Exam
result.
        This Application is used for the automation of the current system available. The system was
developed using the Dot Net Platform.

        PDA: Using Windows CE , the same web application is done for PDA in Windows Application.

        This Project is Quite similar like Nerolac project but not using SAP 0tool.

        About Project:-
                       This project takes the company's complete sales information in India.

       Here based on their Regions the geography and designations will be fixed. These Geography and
master setups will be pulled out from SAP database (OSMOSYS).Geographical entries (Eg:City
wise,Territory Wise) role based entries will be there.
       They have separated Modules like :
       a) Field Force Module:
                TSE (Territory Sales Executive) Will have the access to this module.
                    (i) Account History Card : Contains the history of daily plans.
       b) Admin Module:
                Have full Access to do all operations in this application.
                    (i) Brand to Territory Mapping.

                    (iii) Change and Reset Password as per policy defined by SAB MILLER.

Project Description:
        This project is of Sales in Nerolac. Initially the sales will be divided into Zones, Regions, Sales
Office and Sales Groups (Geography sectors). The hierarchy for these sectors will be taken and who will
be in charge will be assigned by selecting its respective geography. Under whom the dealers are working
can be shown in this application. Dealer’s performance will be taken based on their sales for each
product.Product wise sales and dealer wise sales will be taken separately.
        The first process after setting the masters is “Planning”. Module: activity Plan, Visit Plan, Sales
and Collection Plan and Daily Call Report (DCR) be main sales Force modules.
        Initially the Territory sales in charge will plan for each dealer for sales target for that month.
According to the sales target the visit plan will be planned when to meet the dealer. Then the DCR will
have the information whether the visit is productive or non productive.
        Dealers also have their category based on their sales. There are 2 types of dealers available in
their company. Regular and Prospective dealers. Sales for both dealers have to be taken. The day wise,
month wise, Year wise, Year to Date (YTD) wise and some other calculations normally they follow has
implemented.
        This Application is used for the automation of the current system available. The system was
developed using the Dot Net Platform.

        SAP Tool: Using Windows Application, done a SAP Tool to Pull SAP Data into the Nerolac DB.

Project Description:
          CAS software contains its own group of companies or individuals forming as an network. This
software is used for tally software. It will act like a courier for tally all versions.
          It can do all transactions in tally and exports the balance sheet in xml format. Once the xml format
is uploaded in CAS it will store the data’s into the database. If the users like to do transaction from CAS is
also possible using its database information.
          Once the transaction is finished and select the client name, click send will send to the client inbox
and to our outbox. It is possible to edit the outbox information and resend it to the same client. This will
store in the send box which cannot edit it can only view.
          CAS will form a network and pass the accounting information from tally or by itself to its network
people. If suppose one client is not there in CAS network transaction will be done by assumption for his
trial balance.
          Each and every transaction will have acknowledgement back and forth to the client for easy
reference and satisfaction. ”TRI PARTY” transaction is a new concept in CAS which lot of other
Accounting software’s are lacking. Sending email to its respective e-mail account in old tally version is
also possible.

Project Description:
         The ERP System “PROFITS! ™ - SYM” is a role-based shipyard management secured web
based application system, which can manage every line of business in shipyard. This system is more
flexible for the users in setting for Administrator, New Building, Ship Repair, HR/Payroll, TMS (Time
Management System), Logistics and General (Linked with New building and Ship Repair) modules. This
System helps users to search any particulars in all the modules in relate to their check criteria.
         This system has fully auto generated id’s in every modules so each and every process is
registered properly with uniqueness and also send Emails automatically, if the user change any of the
status(Pending/Extended/ Terminated) from the approval modules. This system also calculates the
employee salary part and wages to the contractors based on daily as well as in monthly basis. This
system also traces the employee and contractor working time schedule while calculating the salary and
wages. Overtime Allowances, leave types (Paid Leave and Unpaid leave), Night Shift and certain other
dues will also be calculated with the salary part. Each Employee will also identify with the badge codes
(For Uniqueness).
         This ERP system helps the users in saving time in all the areas .The system also provides two
types of security, namely:
1) User Group Security and 2) Module Based Security 3) Inside Modules - Role Based Security.
1) Only the proper users can enter into the system
2) In module based security even though the user enters he cannot view all the modules only based on
     the access rights the users can view the modules.
3) In the Role based Security Even though the user enters into the module for viewing certain important
     things (Like Viewing the cost particulars, Sending Emails to Higher Authorities and Forwarding and
     Approval of the Estimation, Employee, etc).

       At all levels of PROFITS! ™ - SYM, It has engineered the ability to fully utilize wide area
networks, the Internet and Intranet, thus providing complete linking of all shipyard management network
members, enabling them to interchange the right information at right time, at right places.
       This Application is used for the automation of the current system available. The system was
developed using the Dot Net Platform.

Project Description:
         This is my Academic Project. “HR ONLINE SYSTEM” is an fully automated system which was
implemented in Ford India, Chennai. This System completely used by the HR people in Ford India. It is
very time consuming compared with the previous system which they used. This system is used to keep
track details of the employee in Ford India and the contactors details. Their loans applicable is based on
their designation and also the range will be fixed in relate with their designation.
         The Employee Management in relates to the HR Department, this System will take care. I did the
work Flow for the Medical insurance of this company.
         The OT and other deductions will be calculated and added to the salary part. Here the OT will be
added as an default value and the other deductions like leave, loans etc will be taken as an input.

        This system has the following modules, namely;
      a) Administration –employee details and certain rules and regulations for them in Ford
           India(Page design format and in word format)
      b) Employee Relation –Employee details and his work experience in Ford and his credit and
           debit details in Ford India.
      c) Organization And personnel Planning – has the Employee and his family Details and details
           of insurance and loans taken.
      d) Security –has the Employee Security details.
      e) Training –the Employee under gone training details. It also reflects in the employee
           promotion.
                In Insurance Module, Medical Insurance is the Sub Module. It contains calculations part
      in the employee salary list. I designed the main Database for the Medical Insurance. But not yet
      implemented the second Module. Since Some Up gradations they want to consult with higher
      officials. This Module is linked with the employee as well as their family. Depends on the
      employee designation the Medical Insurance will be given by the company. That depends on the
      Grade of the employee in that company [A-D]. Allowances like Car Allowance, Housing
      Allowance etc will also depend on Grade of the employee.

         This is my Academic Project. The Cargo Maintenance is a fully automated system. This software
completely maintains the importing and exporting the cargo in the shipyard. This system also keeps track
of the incoming and outgoing vessels in the cargo like categories of people in the vessel and their details
and the vessel type and vessel details and what the vessel contains whether it is a containers or
chemicals like potassium, baking soda (loose type or Packed Type) or white diomand, steel etc. Their
weights will be taken.
         In payment of the vessel in relate to the shipyard will be calculated based on the number of days
stayed inside the shipyard and outside the shipyard (rent for staying inside the circle of port trust). And
also wages for the manpower used in the shipyard and the rental for the cranes etc. and finally the
customs rent will be calculated. After estimated, an Invoice will be sent to the Vessel origin broker
company and after settlement of money the ship will be cleared.
         The System will also keep track of the details of the origin (Vessel origin Brokers details and the
Indian Broker details) to which they will be in charge for the vessel.
         Finally the system tracks the Customs clearance date and the vessel movement date.
