     staff, and providing training on featured products. Budgeting and managing marketing channels that

decisions resulting in the strategic growth of company funds in regards to financial planning,
investments and vendor/manufacturer relations. Coordinated and implemented the 401 K plan
for employees. Established concept and implemented computerized matrix-selling system that
matched individual products with specific customers, thus enabling a higher gross profit using a
larger spectrum of products. As the Vice President I had responsibilities with vendor relations as
well as over seeing sales and marketing. I had altered company focus from general merchandise
dealership to specialization in factory automation and industrial products. during. I hired and
