Top 3 things needed to keep a relationship going: Whether human or animals we all cannot live in isolation. We long and love to be loved. There are certain things that actually act as manures to bloom our relationship. Trust: The basic necessity for any relationship to sustain is trust. Relationship built on the foundation of trust will sustain all calamities and will certainly prosper with the passing of time. Trust being the initial factor has to be maintained not only in the start but throughout. It‟s therefore necessary that both the partners have equal trust in each other and standby each other in all the phases of life. Love: Ups and downs are a part and parcel of life. A bend in a road is not the end of the road therefore giving-up on the relationship due to some minor problems is not precise. Love put forth also should be everlasting. Love includes romance, loyalty, faithfulness which is important too; love in a relationship would make it interesting and will kill boredom. It‟s quite difficult to truly love someone and it‟s a rare phenomenon that is found. Love is a medicine for every kind of a wound but there is no medicine for a wound caused by love. Nobody would want to share his/her lover therefore loyalty is equally important in love. There is no point in proclaiming that you truly love someone and on and other hand being disloyal to him. There must be no place kept reserved for a third party. Respect: We love to be regarded with respect and thus in order to receive respect one must give respect too. Hence, we should try and respect our partner in every possible way, irrespective what he/she had done in the past. In this way the person will certainly fell valued and try to return back the same amount of respect, thus, making the relationship stable, strong and not fluctuating. Understanding and enduring also are important element of respect and it‟s necessary to have empathy. When these three things exist in a relationship surely nothing will be able to mar our relationship, in turn, both the partners will consider each other equally blessed. Mother – Child Relationship A woman is the sole person who is been blessed with the precious gift of bearing a child, thus making her a mother of a child. She is the person who nurtures her child without distinctions, or discriminations. It‟s a mother who carries a child within her not for some days but for a long and drastic period of 9 months, and therefore enduring the worst pains of her life, but will never complain or grumble instead will shed tears of happiness when she sees her child besides her. A relationship between a mother and a child is a pure and true relationship as it‟s built on the true foundation which is steady. That is love. A mother will love her child irrespective of what he/she is. Her love towards her child is everlasting and unlimited. A mother will be ever -ready to face any calamity for the sake of her child. This is the only relationship wherein there will no demand list. The relationship between a mother and a child is also bonded with love and concern. The mother has the potential to make or break a child. A child is always more close to his/her mother. Rare are the cases wherein we encounter a child loving his/her father more than his/her mother. Throughout her life a mother performs her duty of raising up her child without asking or whishing anything back in lieu of her services. It‟s ultimately a mother to whom a child returns to whenever in any crisis or when facing dismay. Because she‟s the only person who can provide her child with peace, solace and comfort. A relationship between a mother and a child is valued more than treasure. A child can never repay a mother how much so ever he may try to bestow her with gifts and comforts. It‟s a relationship that is respected the most considering the fact or keeping in mind everything she has done for our upliftment. It‟s even true that a mother is given the supreme position after god. God certainly created us but she bore us and transformed us into true human beings, in all aspects. The relationship between a mother and a child is the most superior and unique one as there exists no other relationship of this kind. The only person who will be with us or who will be holding our hand is our mother, till the end and in very circumstances The different stages of life The world is a stage and all of us are actors. Everything takes it own time and everything in life is planned. There are rare cases of co-incidences that take place. So is our life planned and divided into different phases and stages. It‟s a fact to be mentioned that some of us do not get a fair chance to go through all the phases. Infancy: this is the first or initial stage of life, wherein we are helpless and totally dependent on others, may it be our parents or others around us. We are wholly in the hands of others and dance to their tunes. We are new to this world and have no idea of things happening around us. Childhood: Here, we crop-up from the shell of infancy and pop-our heads out, visualize our environment and get a mild idea of the various things going on around us. We are a little less dependent on others. But still, we are not matured and still cannot handle things on our own. Teen age: This is the most complicated phase or age of our lives. Here, during this period we don‟t know who we actually are, what is our role and purpose in life. There are some who state that we are still children or still small to handle particular situations whereas there are some who comment on the errors, we make claiming that we cannot afford to make such mistakes as we are no more children. It‟s the most slippery or delicate age, and it‟s the stage wherein we miss many steps, skid sometimes and groan in pain because of all the things that happen. We value our friends more than our parents and constantly feel that our parents do not understand us. This happens possible due to the generation-gap. Our friends take over our parents. This is the most delicate age. Middle -age : Here, we are less confused and settle down our lives, moving away from the hustle and bustle gone through in the previous age. We know our targets and our aspirations and what they can ultimately leas us to. But due to the human tendency, we commit flaws in all the phases. Old –age : The last session or the last stage of our lives. We are again helpless here and have to again depend on others for the fulfillment of our needs. We begin to act as children and feel we are not cared enough. We need pampering. It‟s the last phase of our lives wherein we have accomplished certain tasks, left- out a few and feel there was even more that were could do. Man is just an actor who enacts the role assigned to him. After, the role is completed man finally proceeds, towards a completely new sphere of life. “We are all just actors and this world is stage‟‟. This was stated by William Shakespeare. Women and the drastic upliftment Over a period of time a woman was a victim, a puppet and a robot. She had to perform, as being told by others, with complete bondage, and totally no freedom. A woman had been dependent on others throughout her life. Her father, husband and eventually her child (son). Rejected, dejected and exploited in every field. Her freedom was curtailed and therefore she would not be even given the chance to make a choice. Confined to the doors of the kitchen, a woman had to live a life of misery, pain and stress. She would have to worship her husband as god and his word would be final. Man had the ultimate power and authority. Education too was restricted to them and therefore they could not grow socially. But as time elapsed, woman tore the shackles of bondages that she was tied to. Education also was now gradually being made known to woman and this facilitated her growth. She now felt that she was superior and had some motive or mission in life. She felt that she was the one who could create or destroy a life, and therefore realized the power she had in herself, being a woman. There was development in every field. Through education and the different social reforms, woman now began blooming and visualized the prestige she had in herself. But presently in the Modern World woman are definitely far better off than man. There is no such field, wherein one would not find a woman. The top most positions in the corporate world are now acquired and occupied by woman. By educating a woman, we educated the whole family, this is true because it‟s a woman who brings up her children, supports her family. A woman is considered to be the most loving human being but can turn equally hostile when needed. It‟s a woman (modern) who can manage the task that is assigned to her. She can do this perfectly and accurately. Managing a household is considered as one of the most difficult task but she manages this along with her business, proving the fact that „she‟s a perfectionist”. The proper nutrition a child should receive : We all need to grow in every aspect physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well. Concentrating on the physical growth we needed boosters and charges. The mind and body of a child is the best as it takes in everything it‟s fed with. Proper nutrition should be started right when from the initial point because, when we put in a proper output, definitely we will be receiving a better output. A child first of all must be provided not with food that has quantity but most importantly quality. The food that the child is made to intake must have nutritional value. Exposure to the sunlight i.e. the early tender sunrays that are emitted in the mornings. This would help the child acquire vitamin D and keep rickets at bay. A child should be provided with foods or drinks that help in its development and facilitates its growth Foods that have high proteins should be introduced to the child, this will help the child to grow better. Foods rich in proteins would be vegetables, legumes, cereals etc. vitamins are equally needed for an adequate growth of the child. When nutrition not provided as per the requirements of the body the child turns out to be a malnourished or undernourished child. That is a child who is not nourished accordingly. Fats and carbohydrates are also needed which provide energy and help the child to be active and hot sluggish. But vitamins and nutrition‟s when provided in excess also harm the body. Vitamin A and vitamin C are the most important vitamins needed in the body and do not harm when taken in an excessive form. Vitamin A and vitamin C are soluble and do have any side-effects. They are necessary for the child and a parent can remain stress free, regarding the extra-intake of vitamin C. The sources of Vitamin A and vitamin C would be carrots, cucumbers, green leafy vegetables etc. A child should be provided with a balanced nutrition consisting of fruits, porridge rice, legumes, cereals, vegetables, milk, milk products (these can be useful for the supply of calcium with further help in maintaining the bone structure ,good teeth and in the resistance of some diseases) etc. A child should be also fed at proper intervals. A time gap 2-3 hours should be observed after every meal. Along with all the nutritive food provided to the child, a parent must also keep a check on the mental and emotional growth of the child. The child should be left independent to play, move about and enjoy its childhood. The three things that a boy would want in a girl: Beauty: Although its now claimed and stated everywhere that beauty is only skin deep, but a lot of preference is given to beauty. A boy would certainly want his partner to be attractive and beautiful. It is clearly indicated that boys go in for beauty by the fact that when there is a group of girls, naturally boys would be attracted to the beautiful girls rather than the other who are not. Whether we accept it or not, whether we want it or not but we are more attracted towards people who are beautiful. Their actions and doings really matter to us. We cannot stop admiring these people. Character: This is the factor that is most important when a boy looks out for a girl to settle down with although beauty is given more preference too. A girl must be possess a good character, good self-respect , honour and dignity for her own self. A partner would obviously not like it when someone comments at his partner saying she is a loose character. A person who is really interested in a serious relationship would consider character as the top most necessity. He would want the girl to the respected and having a character that is socially accepted. Education: Education is given an important preference in the society. Gone are the days when a person was determined on the basis of his caste and class, but now education is given more preference. No person would want his partner to be an in educated person who has no knowledge of things around her and who is remote and conservative in her thinking, since education broadens up our mind and makes us more modern in our thinking. Education today can acquire things that are impossible to be acquired through money. Its true that a burglar may intrude into our house and steal away the prized possessions that you possess but nobody can take away the education that you have acquired. Obesity “Walter Hudson is dead but has surely left his footprints behind”. This is true and proved , the rate of obesity is rising up and there are millions of people who are not only over weight but obese. The reasons / factors leading to obesity can be traced. There are a few to list down: Eating habits: the kind and amount of food we intake, matters a lot. We are now living a fast paced life and therefore want everything placed before us in a second‟s jiffy. We eat junk food that may be surely tasty and easily served but definitely it is the lowest as far as nutritive values are concerned. The products that are harmful or damage us internally and those scientifically proven as „destroyers‟ are used in junk foods. We also eat large amount of food that is rich in oils and fats. We do not have any limits while we serve ourselves i.e. we should not stop eating but should obviously eat in adequate amount. At least, the amount that our body accepts. When we overeat or just hog anything we have at hand, we suffer from digestive problem. Our digestive system opposes the intake. Lack of activities (recreational): We do not get indulged in any kinds of activities like sports, games, etc, which provide movement and exercise to our body. Instead we prefer to be sluggish stating that we do not have time for such extra curricular activities. Lack of Excercise: When we are either too busy or lazy to follow the exercise routine. We do not want to stretch ourselves and therefore our fats keep on mounting up thus leading to obesity. Obesity is a matter of concern that desperately needs to be lacked. It has to be dealt with because the world is getting prone to it. Scientists are recommending various measures to put an end to obesity. It‟s up to us to follow them or to just ignore them. We are so affected by it that if noticed carefully every second person is either overweight or obese. We shall therefore stick to a strict regime wherein proper eating habits, exercise, movements, etc are included. Obesity targets a person indirectly. A person who is obese suffers from various serious diseases like cholesterol, diabetes, heart problems etc. when fought against obesity these problems too will be tackled and thus we can keep away suffocation, stress and various dreaded diseases. Therefore hit obesity to bid away problems. Top 5 things necessary to be a full fledged modern person: Health: health is considered as wealth. It‟s very important to each and every individual. A life led in a bed or in hospitals or taking medications seems to be of no value. One must therefore take adequate measures to preserve one‟s health and look after ones self to prevent any further serous disorder or sickness. Health is also the key factor in determining the appearance of a person. If the person always seems to have a dull, sickly, monotonous look than people will naturally try and keep away from such a person. He would be ignored. Education: Gone are those days when money would determine the caste and class of a person, or his birth would determine his/her class and status. But now, with education topping the charts, ones status, class and caste is determined upon it. One can now, through education acquire the top position in life and therefore increase his status, and standard of being. Through education and hard work one can rich the height of success and acquire every thing that he ever dreamt of. Family: Man‟s not an island. Man is a social animal and cannot live an isolated life. He needs to interact, mix and mingle with person. He has to be a socialite. If not a biological family, then at least friends can make-up a person. It‟s necessary that he has some or the other whom he can rely on. He needs to open-up his mind and heart to somebody or the other in order to live a full, contented, stress-free life. Positive Attitude: When we have a positive attitude and a particular goal, a target in our mind, accompanied by hard work then we can certainly accomplish or obtain the impossible. A negative attitude or low self-esteem de-motivates a person and stops her/him from growing or developing. Whereas a positive attitude motivates and pushed a person forward prompting to him that he can do it and nothing is impossible if well determined. A positive attitude escorts a person to his success and well being. Good Nature: It‟s essential for a person to have good thoughts and perform good deeds in order to make a person full-fledged and prosperous. With good nature he can attain respect and a good name. Every other fellow being will then regard him with respect and honor.
