James Kilroy focuses in commercial litigation, appeals and construction litigation. He represents clients in various state courts and federal jurisdictions in a wide variety of matters, including breach of contract, trade secrets, antitrust, Uniform Commercial Code, insurance coverage, distribution and franchise issues. Michael Lindsay’s practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contract disputes, real estate and construction matters and employment claims. Kristen Mix practices in labor and employment law. Her extensive experience includes representing management and employees in employment termination, discrimination, non-compete, trade secrets, wage and hour, and related matters. Tim O’Neill, Administrative Partner for the Denver office, has extensive trial experience in product liability, tort and premises liability litigation. He represents manufacturers and businesses in complex product liability and tort matters involving consumer and commercial products, medical devices, firearms, industrial and construction equipment, electronics, powertools and LP equipment. Neil Peck is a long-time counselor to corporate America and international corporations on complex criminal and civil litigation matters often involving controversies in Latin America and Europe.

Marsha Piccone, a former Colorado Court of Appeals Judge, practices in the areas of complex litigation, appellate work involving business and commercial litigation, litigation management, products liability, general tort, and insurance law. Kevin Taylor concentrates his practice on national catastrophic personal injury defense, sophisticated construction litigation defense, significant product liability defense, and many varieties of complex commercial litigation, both plaintiff and defendant. He has tried over 100 jury trials throughout the country, including Colorado, California, Texas, Utah, South Carolina and Alabama. Taylor is a former Denver Deputy District Attorney, has served on the Hawaii and Colorado Boards of Bar Examiners and argued before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is licensed to practice in Colorado, California, the District of Columbia and Hawaii.
