The system has a powerhouse of a features without unnecessary complexity. Netcube a also has a simple voicemail interface with easy to use o wizards, that guide you through setup of your z mailboxes and basic administration facilities. No more a unfriendly automated voices that are confusing and f difficult to configure. f Email Notification m The old days of retrieving voicemail via your e telephone handset are gone. With Netcube's email e notification module, you will receive your voicemail t message on your email client (normally Microsoft e Outlook® or Microsoft Outlook Express®). You can t k® play, delete, forward voicemail messages at the touch y of a button, or store them in separate folders for later use. e Email Server m The Netcube server has the ability to deliver incoming e messages from your Netcube to your inbox just like a e regular email server. gular Fax to Desltop Netcube's fax to desktop module makes recei iving faxes on outdated fax machines obsolete. Now you can receive your inbound facsimile messages in your Inbox. Print, forward or delete the fax images as you need. No more curled theral paper or lost faxes. Automated Attendant If your company has multiple departments and requires a front-end automated menu system, ut tilise the power of Netcube's Automated Attendant mod dule. The Netcube can be setup as simple or as comple as ex you require. The system comes equipped wit a th single level menu that is great for basic "Dial 1 for sales, Dial 2 for service etc" but also can be setup for p large front end menu structures such as s staff directories*. The automated attendant module can also work as a call overflow aiding the receptio onist intimes of heavy inbound call traffic.
