                       Homemade Asparagus and Pear soup, served with a warm bread roll
   Homemade parmesan and risotto balls, with a crispy breadcrumb coating, filled with mozzarella and proscuitto
                            ham, on a bed of fresh rocket and cherry tomato salad
                                          Avvoltini di Salmone
   Creamy Avocado and mascarpone mousse, wrapped up in smoked salmon, served on a bed of fresh Radicchio
                              and finished with a Lemon and Chive dressing
                                                  Brushetta (V)
   Toasted Ciabatta bread topped with Roasted Red Peppers and Melted Goats Cheese, served with a Crispy Salad
                                           and finished with Olive Oil.
                                                MAIN COURSES
                                              Merluzzo al Forno
    Oven baked Cod fillet, cooked in a White Wine, Tomatoes Carrots and Caper Sauce, with a hint of Chilli and
                                    Lemon, served with a Crusty Ciabatta Roll
                                                Pollo Fiorentino
     Tender Chicken Breast topped with Proscuitto, Spinach and melted Mozzarella, served on a bed of Garlic
                             Mash Potato, finished with a delicate Asparagus Sauce.
                                       Risotto con Zucchine e Pesto (V)
   A creamy risotto cooked with white wine and sautéed garlic butter courgettes, finished with traditional Italian
                                          pesto and parmesan Cheese
                                   Spaghetti con Salsiccia e Pomodori Secchi
    Spicy Italian Sausage, cooked with Sundried Tomatoes, in our house sauce, tossed with spaghetti pasta, and
                                    finished with fresh parsley and parmesan.

          Homemade Heart Shaped Chocolate Shortbread tower, layered with a rich Raspberry Cream and
                                           fresh Strawberries.
