Smoked tomato and goat’s cheese tart with fried globe artichokes, roast peppers and pesto


MAIN COURSES

Herb roasted lamb loin with a braised lamb Shepherd’s pie, sweet carrot puree, peas and bacon

Lemon and parsley crusted market fish with fried zucchini flower, crispy potatoes and tomato caper salsa

Pure Angus beef fillet with a mushroom and pine nut crumble, potato onion rosti and tarragon jus

Mushroom and spinach ravioli with asparagus, pea shoots and wild mushrooms


DESSERTS

Rich flowerless chocolate cake with marinated blood oranges and white chocolate ice cream
