          Reliant Bank Named a 2009 Nashville Area Chamber
                          Future 50 Winner
                Award identifies and recognizes 50 fastest-growing,
                  privately held companies in Middle Tennessee

Nashville, Tenn. – July 27, 2009 – Reliant Bank has
been named a 2009 Nashville Area Chamber Future 50
company. The Future 50 is an annual recognition
program celebrating the 50 fastest-growing, privately
owned companies headquartered in Middle Tennessee.

The Future 50 are identified through a nomination form,
which includes questions about a company’s past and
projected sales and employment growth. The be

Reliant Bank, locally owned and operated in Brentwood, has seen great success since
starting the bank in 2006. With just $20 million in start-up capital, the bank has grown to
over $341 million in assets in 3 years. The bank’s first branch extension of the main
office opened in 2008 in Nashville located off Nolensville Pike across from the highly
residential Lenox Village. Reliant seized the opportunity to expand further into
Brentwood as the bank purchased the Maryland Farms location of Magna Bank, all the
while building their first Franklin location just off South Royal Oaks Boulevard which is
set to open in October. The bank will add their fifth location within the first quarter of
2010 set to open off Hillsboro Pike in Green Hills.
