Qualifications              An Early Years
                            Qualification equivalent to
                            NVQ 3 in Early Years
                            Childcare and Education.
                                                           A full driving licence
                            Experience of working with
                            young children (under 5)
                            with special educational
                            needs
                            Experience of working          Experience of working with
                            within the Early Years         the families of children
                            Foundation Stage               with additional needs or
