Comcast will be completing a system upgrade to the cable service we provide in the Geneva/St. Charles system and will begin transitioning to the new system on October 21,
2003 with plans to complete the entire area over the next several months. This will mean more channels for customers in this area. Please note this upgrade will be completed
in stages and the new channels will become available to customers on different dates.
Effective October 21, 2003, a new channel line-up will be introduced in the areas where we have completed our upgrade. Most Standard Cable channels will move to new locations and new
channels will be added. In addition, some channels will move to new levels of service. As a result of these channel changes, the following new rates for Expanded Basic and Standard
Cable will also take effect on October 21st.

receiving service through a bulk pricing arrangement who also subscribe to a Digital Value Package, you will see similar programming and price changes to your Digital package.

Additionally, if you currently subscribe to The Movie Channel as an analog premium service, the following change will also happen on October 21st. The Movie Channel will no longer
be available on channel 22. As a result of this change, any premium service packages that contain The Movie Channel will also be discontinued. Beginning October 21st, you will no
longer receive or be billed for The Movie Channel or your package containing The Movie Channel. We continue to offer The Movie Channel on Digital Cable channel 590. If you have
a Digital Cable premium subscription to The Movie Channel, your service will not be affected.
