Step 2: Make an informed decision about joining the scheme.
Step 3: Decide on the amount you wish to sacrifice. (Max £50 per week) Step 4: Ask carer (nursery / childminder) to complete “carer registration form” and collect completed form together with copy of carers OFSTED registration certificate. (See “Information for carers”)
Step 5: Complete Salary Sacrifice form
