              By spring of 2005 he had grown the company to a size of 18 staff members.

              Recent projects:
                 National Geographic School Publishing – Carmel, CA.
                  In early 2007, after the Merger of National Geographic School Publishing and Hampton Brown School
                  Publishing they needed a new website and hired Keene Systems to deliver a solution. The site we developed
         , is based on ASP.Net, SQL Server & DotNetNuke. It manages more than 16,000 education
                  products for grades pre-school through 12 and required dozens of custom DotNetNuke modules. There is
                  extensive integration with their back end accounting system and support of their sales force. This is an
                  ongoing project.

                 Graphic Packaging International (GPI) – Concord, NH
                  GPI is a 4.4 billion dollar industry leader in packaging development and design and the machinery that brings
                  it to market. Keene Systems was hired to convert an existing packaging estimation system into ASP.Net 2.0.
                  The existing system had numerous problems that needed to be fixed. In addition, several new features were
                  added. This project was done in ASP.Net and SQL Server and used XML. Keene Systems was then taped for
                  a second project which consisted of a website that would search through legacy archives of CAD files based
                  on various search criteria. It was based on DotNetNuke, ASP.Net and SQL Server.

                 MLS Los Cabos, A.C. - Cabo San Lucas, Mexico -
         is a site that specializes in the sale of multi-million dollar homes in Los Cabos,
                  Mexico. Keene Systems took over all maintenance, support and expansion of this ASP.Net / SQL
                  Server site.

                 Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center – Hanover, NH -
                  Keene Systems Partnerered with Clinformatics to create a DotNetNuke based International
                  Perfusion Registry ( to share useful and actionable clinical
                  information regarding the practice of cardiopulmonary bypass. We created numerous DotNetNuke
                  modules to manage statistics on patient’s heart procedures.

                 HomeSite Insurance Group – Boston, MA -
                  Keene Systems collaborated with Bridge Consulting on a project for HomeSite Insurance Group,
                  one of the largest insurance companies in the US. We developed part of their Agent Services site.
    It allowed agents to get policy summaries, do policy changes, FAX Proof of Insurance, check
    billing / payments, handle correspondence and do portfolio reports. The site was done in ASP.Net
    / SQL Server and made heavy use of web services to communicate with other internal systems.
    After successful delivery of the 1st project, a second project was done with Homesite. It was a
    desktop application written in C# that allowed them to do an email blast to agents or customers in
    their database.

   BAE Systems –
    Keene systems provided mentoring / training sessions in ASP.Net to BAE Systems employees while assisting
    with a finger print reader project.

   Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center – Manchester NH -
    Developed a custom DotNetNuke system to manage information on patients in their Bariatric
    program, their weights, meeting dates treatments and complications. Created numerous
    DotNetNuke modules and used AJAX auto-complete controls to lookup patient data. A conversion
    program was also developed to extract data out of their legacy system.

   Dana Farber Cancer Institute – Boston, MA -
    Keene Systems was hired to help with their Rx Project. This ASP.Net system is used to keep track
    of patients & their drugs and allergies. Did architecture, DB design, programming and integration
    with Cache. The system used Microsoft Enterprise Blocks for data access.

   MedDepot, Inc. – Grand Prairie, TX -
    MedDepot is a company that provides medical equipment to the hospice care industry. They work closely
    with the hospice care providers to rent, deliver and setup medical equipment for hospice patients. Keene
    Systems developed the architectural design for their new product tracking and order processing system that
    would tie into each driver’s mobile phone. The project is to be based on DotNetNuke, ASP.Net and SQL
    Server 2008. Project is ongoing.

   PQNDT – Waltham, MA -
    PQNDT is a staffing firm for the Quality Control and Non-Destructive Testing industries. Keene Systems
    developed software to manage and administer their annual NDT/Quality Salary Survey. We developed
    integration with their back end personnel management system. Keene Systems also maintains their website.

   P.Wolfe Consultants - Manhattan, NY –
    P.Wolfe Consultants is a full service architectural firm in Manhattan specializing in permitting and
    compliance on large scale construction and renovation projects. Keene Systems developed an
    online permitting system that allowed their clients to fill in most of the information needed for NYCs
    strict permitting process. The site was based on DotNetNuke and integrated with Acrobat to fill in
    the city’s building permit template.

   MassPrinting – Medford, MA -
    Assisted Bridge Consulting in replacing MassPrinting’s website with a DotNetNuke site. By moving to
    DotNetNuke instead of custom programming, much of their development wish list simply went away because
    the functionality was already built into DotNetNuke.

   International Gamco - Omaha, NE -
    International Gamco manufactures and markets break open tickets, or "pull tabs" and electronic gaming
    products to a variety of Charitable and Lottery markets, in North America and abroad. Keene Systems
    assisted in the conversion of one of their legacy VB 6 applications into .Net.

   International Introductions, Barranquilla, Colombia -
    International Introductions is a website that introduces people who are serious about getting married. Keene
    Systems assisted in porting their Classic ASP / MS Access site to a new web hosting company and tracking
    down problems in their credit card processing.
   R.O.D.S. Trucking – Plant City, FL
    Developed a DotNetNuke based system to manage trucks, materials, drivers, deliveries, clients
    and projects. This required 15+ DotNetNuke modules. Also wrote a conversion application to
    extract and reapir data out of their existing MS Access system importing it into the new system.

   Sign Sentry - Ellicott City, Maryland -
    Sign Sentry has a product that will detect sign outages and atomically notify maintenance crews that they
    need to be repaired. This is especially important for ATM machines where the lights are required by law to be
    functional 24/7. Keene Systems did development integrating with their hardware to manage customers,
    installers, alarms, alarm histories and email services. We wrote .Net code to communicate with their 8 port
    modem. Database work was done in SQL Server.

   R.G. Vanderweil Engineers – Boston, MA –
    Vanderweil is an arhitectural engineering firm specializing in large scale building projects. They hired Keene
    Systems to convert an old FORTRAN program into C#. The program calculated pump failure diagnostics.

   NStar – Boston, MA -
    NSTAR is an energy delivery company with revenues of $3.3 billion. Keene Systems collaborates with
    Clearview Software ( to provide custom .Net solutions that extend the life of
    legacy applications. Clearview’s toolset was used to access a legacy inventory system from a .Net application
    and display that legacy data on hand-held devices in NSTAR’s maintenance trucks.

   Envision Accounting - Woodinville, WA -
    Keene Systems did some graphic design work for their accounting product.

   Greenwood Emergency Vehicles - North Attleboro, MA -
    Greenwood Emergency Vehicles custom builds fire trucks and ambulances for first responders. Keene
    Systems worked on a system that used a barcode reader to keep track of jobs done and employees’ work
    time. The system, build in ASP.Net, integrated with their MRP system via stored procedure calls in SQL

   Haley & Aldrich - Boston, MA -
    Haley & Aldrich is an Environmental Services engineering firm. We developed a goal tracking system in
    ASP.Net & SQL Server. The system kept track of company level goals, department level goals and personal
    employee goals. It helps to ensure that all departments and employees know what the goals of the company

   MD Tracker – San Juan Capistrano, CA -
    MD Tracker is an exceptional application for managing everything that goes on in a medical practice. From
    patient scheduling, to inventory, to billing, to dealing with insurance; it is a complete practice management
    package. Keene Systems assisted in the conversion of their product into .Net / C# as well as integration with
    other third party products.

   Northwoods Software – Nashua, NH –
    Northwoods makes diagramming software for .Net developers. They hired Keene Systems to do the graphic
    design for their website as well as several banner and print ads.

   Oberon Media – New York, NY -
    Oberon Media is the world's leading multi-platform casual-games company, with expertise in the PC, online,
    mobile and interactive TV categories. Keene Systems assisted in setting up bi-directional SQL Server
    replication for them.

   Orbit Investments - Phoenix, AZ –
    Orbit Investments is a Land Acquisition and Financial Management Company. Keene Systems did
    maintenance work on their site and got it functional again.
   Phillips Academy – Andover, MA -
    Phillips Academy is a residential secondary school that was established in 1778. Keene Systems worked on
    an ASP.Net student system that integrated with MySQL.

   RegionalOneSource - Phoenix, AZ -
    RegionalOneSource does statistical analysis on government census data filling in gaps in the data. Keene
    Systems retooled one of their algorithms to improve performance. The application originally took more than
    22 hours to complete. Our improved strategy produced the same result in only 1 hour and 20 minutes. It was
    written in VB.Net and accessed data in SQL Server.

   Sanitors, Inc. – San Antonio, TX -
    Sanitors is a national provider of janitorial, landscape and security services. They hired Keene Systems to
    develop an FTP application that automatically moved files between various servers.

   Synterein - Concord, MA -
    Synterein is an independent, professional consulting firm focused on improving investment
    performance by applying quantitative concepts to the investment management process. Keene
    Systems did a 9 month project for Synterein working on various .Net based financial systems.

   Tree Care Industry Assn – Manchester, NH -
    Keene Systems was hired to make several upgrades to their site. Legacy data from SQL Server 7 was
    upgraded to SQL Server 2000. Did work on Login, User maintenance, Forgot Password, Membership
    expiration, Member search, Accreditation info and integrated a new graphical UI.

   Partner's Healthcare - Wellseley, MA -
    Partners owns several hospitals in the Boston area; Brigham and Women's Hospital, Mass
    General Hospital, Faulkner Hospital to name but a few. Partners hired Keene Systems to get a
    .Net project back on track and completely overhaul the user interface. This patient healthcare
    management system was done in ASP.Net / C#. All data access was done through web services
    calls to a Cache database on the back end.

   Southwest Exchange Corporation - Las Vegas, NV
    Developed an online system to manage all of the steps involved with processing a 1031 property exchange. It
    managed customers, brokers, exchangers and bankers. This had a very complex database schema and was
    developed in ASP.Net / C# / SQL Server. Data access was based on Microsoft's Data Access Application
    Blocks (DAAB). Our ASP.Net Architecture was a success after 2 other companies tried and failed with the

   Breeds Hill Insurance - Charlestown, MA -
    Keene Systems worked with Delaero to develop an ASP.Net / C# / SQL Server web application to
    manage insurance information. The system allows their customers (agents) to fill out an online
    insurance application. The project made extensive use of the Microsoft Data Access Application
    Blocks (DAAB), Infragistics tools, Excel spreadsheets and CrystalReports. This was a 6 month

   Informa Global Markets - Westford, MA -
    Keene Systems built an online system to manage securities and banking information. The system was written
    in C# / ASP.Net with SQL Server on the back end. Data access was done through Microsoft Data Access
    Application Blocks (DAAB). This was a 5 month project.

   Image Stream Medical - Littleton, MA -
    Keene Systems assisted in the development of a video archive viewer used to review videos of medical
    operations. The project included developing a user interface in ASP.Net / C# that interacted with their video
    archive technology.
   Bardstone Associates - Dallas, TX
    Did an ASP.Net / VB.Net / SQL Server project converting their existing VB6 desktop application to
    a web application. The application tests marriage counselors and records the results in SQL
    Server. This uses the VB version of the Microsoft Data Access Application Blocks (DAAB).

   The Dupont Group - Concord, NH -
    Dupont Group is a company specializing in Goverment Relations, Public Relations and Regulatory
    Affairs. Keene Systems developed a desktop application that connectes nightly to the NH state
    legislature website to download all of the bills currently before the house and senate into a local
    database. Since the state provides no direct access to this data, a custom screen scraping
    methodology was employed. The application was written in C#.

   State Street Research (now owned by BlackRock, Inc.) - Boston, MA -
    State Street was a mutual fund management company. We developed an internal HR application
    to calculate bonuses. The application was written in C# / JavaScript / ASP.Net / SQL Server.
    Keene Systems was hired as the .Net architect and lead web developer. We developed a fully
    object oriented, 3-tier application to manage their entire bonus compensation program. It worked
    as both a database application and a spreadsheet to calculate allocation of bonuses throughout
    the organization.

   CAPE Systems - London, England -
    CAPE is the leading maker of palletization software for the packaging industry. Developed a web marketing
    strategy and did a site reorganization.

   Massachusetts Division of Insurance - Boston, MA -
    Was a senior architect & ASP developer on a 1 year project for the Division of Insurance to create
    their new online producer appointment system. We first did screen mock-ups and wrote a
    functional spec. Next, we designed the architecture and wrote a 150 page detailed design spec,
    then developed the ASP pages and the UI. We used: Classic ASP / Vbscript, SQL Server stored
    procedures / TSQL & DTS, JavaScript / DHTML, COM / VB, Interdev / SourceSafe. Keene
    Systems also did the logo artwork and the new site design. Site went live in May 2003.

   NTP Software - Nashua, NH -
    NTP Software is a leader in policy based storage management. Did a web marketing campaign for
    NTP Software.

   fMRI Data Center of Dartmouth College - Hanover, NH -
    The data center is a repository for research data on brain physiology. We did a web marketing campaign for
    the data center.

   Advanced Illumination - Rochester, VT -
    Advanced Illumination makes LEDs for robot vision systems. Did a web marketing campaign and website
    reorganization for Advanced Illumination.

   Marlin Art Auction - Deer Park, NY -
    Did a web marketing campaign for art auction company Marlin Art.

   Clearview Software International - Nashua, NH -
    Clearview is a maker of repurposing software. Developed a web marketing strategy for Clearview.

   Cleared Professionals Marketplace - FallsChurch, VA -
    Cleared professionals is a placement firm specializing in persons with security clearances. Did a
    site maintenance project for them fixing bugs in their ASP site and cleaned up database problems.
     Transparent Language, Inc. - Nashua, NH -
      Transparent Language is a leader in language learning software. We did a web marketing strategy
      and wrote a C# utility that automated the process of generating websites for 15 of their 100+
      language learning products.

     AlexanderLan, Inc. - Nashua, NH -
      AlexanderLAN makes tools that determine why servers crash. Developed a website and marketing strategy
      for AlexanderLAN as well as their website.

     Massachusetts Board of Medicine - Boston, MA -
      Wrote a web marketing strategy for the the board of medicine and wrote a utility that exposes public
      information about doctors to the search engines.

Technology Transfer, Chelmsford, MA Hands On Technology Transfer offers programmer training classes
nationwide. Assisted in the development of their websites and web marketing strategy. Developed contact
management and course scheduling software in VB & SQL Server 2000. Became a manager in the consulting
division, overseeing web development and web marketing consulting projects. Tasks included business
development, project management and development with ASP, Windows 2000 Server, Interdev, SourceSafe,
SQL Server 2000 & Access. Taught the ASP class for the training division.

SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER – ASP / VB Oct 99 – May 01, Woodstock, VT sells business book extracts on the Internet. Designed and developed Internet
database applications in ASP, JavaScript, DHTML and SQL Server 7. Also utilized IIS, Interdev and Visual
SourceSafe. Developed the MeansBusiness content management tool, which consisted of 120 ASP pages that
interact with a SQL Server 7 database via ADO. Was the sole developer on this project and performed all aspects
of the software product life cycle from inception to delivery of product. Tasks included: user needs assessment,
user interface design, graphic artwork, ASP development, JavaScript/DHTML development & cross browser
issues, database design, SQL Server 7 stored procedures using T-SQL, IIS setup, SourceSafe setup, conversion
of legacy system data, VB maintenance utilities, testing, user support & ongoing code maintenance. Other
primary function was to develop a comprehensive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy. Designed 10
independent thematic websites. (For example see: Developed
thousands of interconnecting doorway pages to safely expose content to the search engines. Developed English
language parsing and key phrase analysis algorithms for this task. Results were dramatic, achieving number one
rankings for many search terms which ultimately quadrupled traffic to the website. At the time, a search on
Google for most business book titles resulted in a fist page reference to MeansBusiness.

SOFTWARE CONTRACTOR - VB Mar 97 – Oct 99 Mack Trucks, Inc., Allentown, PA
Developed portions of MACKnet 98 with VB 5. MACKnet allows dealers around the world to process warranty
claims, order parts and download engine data via dial-up connection to a mainframe. Made extensive use of SQL
and Access tables. Utilized several third party controls such as Sheridan Data Widgets. Duties included Visual
Basic 5 programming, database design, UI design, creating Active-X objects, and developing InstallShield
installations. Started rewriting system in Java & Java Server Pages.

The Sarbrook Co., Inc., Dallas, TX   Became a partner in The Sarbrook Co., Inc. and took over product
development. Developed a database driven Document Control system to manage manufacturing specs for
Fortune 500 companies. Personally wrote 132,000 lines of Borland C code. Later rewrote the entire system in
Visual C & Visual Basic 3.0. Database work was done in Oracle, Sybase and Paradox. Used several third party
controls for CAD, imaging and OLE. Did software installations, web page design, client/server development, SQL,
MAPI and VB optimization. Was involved in every aspect of the business including: strategic planning, sales and
marketing, managed a team of 4 programmers, wrote VB/C code, developed design specs and did quotes for

Developed a prototype graphical user interface in Turbo C and did Adept robot programming for a robot work cell
that assembled the Motorola 68040 chip. This was a project done through Cybex.

Founded Cybex Corp., a robot integration and automation firm still in business today.

SOFTWARE CONTRACTOR - C Mar 89 - Jun 90 Texas Instruments, Process Automation Center Dallas, TX
Developed a robot work cell that assembles EPROM chips. Duties included graphical user interface development
in Turbo C, RS232 communications, motion control, ladder logic, graphics, memory management and process
synchronization of 3 PCs, 2 PLCs and a robot controller. Did Omron PLC programming. Spent a month in
Singapore installing the robot in the clean room at the TI plant.

Worked on the development of the OS/2 operating system. Developed code in PLS286 and 80286 assembler for
