November Meeting Update
On November 15, 2005 the GBAC membership was treated to an informative evening with the
Honorable Howard Chasanow. Judge Chasanow and Linda Duncan spoke on the topic” The LNC’s Role in
Alternative Dispute Resolution.” Judge Chasanow served on the Maryland Court of Appeals from 1990 –
1998. Today, he is a mediator and arbitrator in the Circuit Courts throughout the state of Maryland and is

attendance at the meeting.
