“Becoming more like Jesus for the sake of the world”
                                                         December 27, 2009

Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your
bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual
act of worship
                                                                 Romans 12:1

        Welcome to CrossWalk!
Weʼre so excited that you have decided to join us today. It is our hope
that your experience here will be encouraging and bless your walk with

Please be sure to pick up a visitor card from one of our greeters and fill
it out for us. The card can be given to a greeter or placed in the offer-
ing basket.

Our purpose here at CrossWalk is to become more like Jesus for the
sake of the world. It is more than just a catchy slogan; it is what de-
fines us as a church. It is our call to action! All our programs, minis-
tries, and events are designed to help us achieve our purpose; but
thatʼs not where it ends. Our prayer and hope at CrossWalk is for our
people to truly be more like Jesus in the “real world” as we engage
with people from all walks of life. Our purpose calls us to constantly
nurture and work on our relationships with God, with each other, and
with our community.

As you join us in worship today, our desire is that you will experience
the presence of God in a life-changing way. In His presence is the
fullness of joy, peace, love, and grace.

Thanks again for being a part of our family today at CrossWalk. Our
hope is that you will allow us to continue to be a part of yours!
