                                                           for Microsoft Windows XP

Prerequisites
* A Univox device

* A USB cable for the Univox device

* The files: “CRSBC01.sys” & “csrbc01.inf”. (Make sure these files are both located in
   the same directory.)

Installation
1) Plug in the Univox device after having chosen for ‘Firmware Upgrade’ in the phone’s
  menu.

2) a. Wait until a wizard appears.

   b. If no wizard appears but a balloon saying “Unknown USB Device”, double click the
system tray icon of the balloon. A window will appear with a list. In the list, double
click the entry stating “Unknown Device”. In the Properties window click the “Driver”
tab. In this tab there are four buttons, click the one with “Update Driver”.

  c. If neither a wizard nor a balloon appears, open up the Device Manager (Right click
‘My Computer’, click ‘Manage’. On the left click ‘Device Manager’) and expand the
USB controllers section. One of the devices in that list will have an exclamation mark
in its icon. Right click that one and click “Update Driver…”.

3) The wizard will ask whether Windows can connect to Windows Update to search for
software. Choose the last option: “No, not this time”.

4) The wizard will now ask what you want the wizard to do, choose the last “Install from list
or specific location(Advanced)”option and click Next.

5) In this screen there are again two options, with multiple sub-options. Choose the very
last option: “Don’t search. I will choose the driver to install.” and click Next.

6) Now click the ‘Browse…’ (or “Have disk…”) button, a new window will appear. Click the
‘Browse…’ button and locate the file: “csrbc01.inf” and select it. Click ‘Open’and click
‘OK’. You should be returned to the wizard, click Next.

                                                                     www.chinalookit.com
