Report Description: Shows programme level financials by priority axis. Users are prompted for an RDA, programme and an exchange
rate to be used when converting unspent allocations from Euros to GBP. The report shows aggregated allocation,
commitment and spend values in order to gauge a programme‟s financial performance by priority axis.
