PROCEDURE PURPOSE : TO HAVE A CLEAN EQUIPMENT AS PER STANDARD

PROCEDURE
   For cutlery polishing, e.i. forks, knives, spoons, etc.
    1. Pick up the washed cutlery from the dishwashing area and deliver the
       items to the polishing area by using racks or trays
    2. Prepare hot water in stainless steel pot, put the lemon sliced and cutlery
       into the hot water and polish them using the polish cloth.
    3. Check all the cutlery for any damage, bends, or scratches
    4. Hold with cleaning cloth after polishing and deliver them to the service
       station using the appropriate trays.
    5. Make sure all cutlery is stacked neatly in the assigned service station
       drawers.
