Through the reference cited, the AP Commission for Backward classes
has sought for certain information of employees belonging to occupational groups
among Muslim community in the service of the State Government and its undertakings
din order to satisfactorily determine the representation of group / class among Muslims in
the services of the Stagte.
2. The Chief Secretary to Government has reviewed the position in a
meeting with the selection Secretaries on 15 th instant. It is desired that the information in
respect of all the Heads of Departments including the Unit Offices in Districts and the
State Government undertakings under your administrative control may be obtained in the
prescribed proforma enclosed immediately and in any case before 25th May 2007. The
information may be compiled and submitted to Chief Secretary before 25 th May 2007.
