                            – Where is the next pharmacy that is open now at 11:15 p.m.?

                        • Those aspects are valid in particular when staying in a destination with an unknown
                          language

                        Conclusion and outlook

                        • Conclusions:
                           – IAT/IAO made an in depth process analysis of travel oriented processes in destinations
                           – The evaluation of the system that was developed in the project (usability and pilot tests) showed
                             the acceptance of such a solution (in particular by tour guides)
                           – Aladdin can solve existing problems in providing information in tourist destinations (especially for
                             mobile users)
                           – The need of a benefit for all target groups (service companies, tour guides/representatives and
                             travellers) is essential

                        • Outlook - We are looking for:
                           – Development partner
                           – Sales partner
                           – R&D cooperation
