From the M4 Stay on the M4 until you reach Carmarthen At Carmarthen, head west along the A40 until you reach PenBlewin Roundabout (near Narbeth) At roundabout turn right onto the A478 signposted to Cardigan Stay on the A478 until you reach Crymych At the bottom of the hill in Crymych take a left turn past a chip shop on your left and Jewsons on your right Continue down a steep hill where you will cross a small bridge and then climb steeply

After several winds in the road you will reach a junction on your left by a large farmhouse signposted to Croswell – take this road Follow this road for 2 miles approx. until you go through a small village called Pont-y-Glazier ½ a mile outside Pont-y-Glazier take a left turn marked as a dead end (if you reach Crosswell you’ve gone too far) Now follow ‘The last mile…’

From the North

Take the A478 coastal road to Cardigan, then follow directions below

From Cardigan > Leave Cardigan on the A478 (towards Fishguard) > Stay on the road for approximately 7 miles (you will pass through LLantood and Eglwyswrw) > About ½ mile outside Eglwyswrw there is a large junction on which there is a petrol station > Take a left turn towards Crosswell > At Crosswell turn left towards Crymych

You will travel down a steep hill and cross a small bridge Just as the hill rises there is a right hand turn marked as a dead-end – take this turn (if you reach Pont-yGlazier you’ve gone too far) Now follow ‘The last mile…’

Continue up this road for 1 mile (you will go passed Rhos Maen, Wern Ddu, Mirianog) until you reach a rough track Bear right on this track (if you reach Neuadd – you’ve taken the wrong turn) Follow the track past Castell until you reach a 90-degree left turn (If you reach Mirianog Canol – you’ve gone taken the wrong turn) Follow the track passed a large Dutch Barn and a house called Llwyn Celyn Banc-yr-Eithin is a right turn just after this house (if you reach Pant-yr-Odyn – you’ve gone too far)
