1999-2001 Director of Operations Surfside Ventures and The Boardwalk, Okaloosa Island, Florida Situated on the largest stretch of public beach on the Gulf side of Okaloosa Island, The Boardwalk is located on the 22-acre Beasley Wayside Park which includes, a 400-seat restaurant, a 14,000 sf beach night club, a 6,000 sf dueling piano bar, children's playground, showers, picnic pavilions and beach volleyball. Implemented the refurbishment of this state park, oversaw the tenant leasing, and maintained the public areas of the park per our lease obligations.
