Mullins Bar & Grill The Half Moon Bay Golf Links Clubhouse is proud to feature Mullins Bar & Grill restaurant and fireside lounge. This combined facility can accommodate up to 150 seated guests or up to 200 guests for a standing reception with banquet menus customized to suit each unique party. We can also create a “Bubble Lounge” private dance club adjacent to the dining areas in which you and your guests can dance the night away. There is $650 room fee for exclusive use of Mullins dining room along with a modest food & beverage or golf minimum. Please inquire for more information. All receptions held at Mullins include: • Complimentary consultations with our executive chef and special events coordinator • Customized menus and room set-up for your unique event • House chairs and tables, mid-length ivory linens, classic white china, and steel flatware • Bud vases with flowers for daytime events • Set-up and break-down of event spaces • Complimentary parking for event guests • Gratis use of our basic public address system (one free-standing speaker with a wireless mic) Menus can be customized to suit your needs: • Elegant wine & cheese or cocktail parties with just drinks and hors d’oeuvres • Full-course breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or dessert service is available • Meals can be served on buffet tables, “family style” or plated and served by our wait staff • Food stations can be set up, some with a uniformed attendant such as at a prime rib carving station • Vegetarian meals can be provided, upon advance request • Children’s menus are also available

Hospitality Carts Half Moon Bay Golf Links has up to three Hospitality Carts for use by golfers and can provide on-course sweet and savory snacks, fresh fruit, bottled water, sodas, sports drinks and Peet’s Coffee as well as a variety of adult beverages (assorted beers, spirits, select mixed drinks and bottled wine) as well as fine cigars. We are happy to customize the assortment in these Hospitality Carts to best meet the refreshment needs of your particular group. Hospitality Carts are available non-hosted, partially hosted or fully hosted by your group, though are subject to availability. Custom cart signage with your company name or logo is also available, upon request.

The Old Course Par 72 Originally designed in 1973 by Francis Duane in consultation with Arnold Palmer, and redesigned in 1999 by Arthur Hills, the Old Course is a challenge unlike any other. A traditional layout with strategically placed bunkers, water hazards and barancas make this course a local favorite. Cypress trees line the fairways and surround the generous, yet challenging greens. The Par 72, 7104yard course boasts one of highest course ratings in Northern California. The Old Course has been honored as one of the best public courses in the United States, and the 18th hole has been recognized as one of the best 100 golf holes in America. This beautiful course is truly a great test for golfers of any caliber.

Ocean Course Par 72 The Ocean Course, designed by famed architect Arthur Hills, opened in September 1997. The natural terrain of the rugged Northern California coast was the perfect setting for this traditional Scottish design. This oceanfront masterpiece offers spectacular ocean views from every hole. All agree that this scenic course requires accuracy and skillful shot-making. The Ocean Course has been selected as one of Golf Digest’s Top Ten Best New Upscale Public Courses and was recently ranked in the Top 20 Best Courses in California.

Perfect for corporate, social or non-profit-related special events, these packages offer a creative and fun way to experience golf or other benefits of our beautiful property.

On-course Themed Event Packages
1. Nine & Wine (72 Players) This venue pairs nine holes of golf with two alternatives to celebrate the art of wine. Stations for wine tasting can be set up on several tee boxes for participants to “sip before you swing” savoring a different varietal at each station. A member of our professional staff will be present to describe the wine, or better yet, create a contest to see who can identify the type of wine tasted. $150 per player Includes green fees, nine holes of championship golf & cart. Wine rates vary by selections made by the host. 2. Morning Scramble (72 Players or Less) Start the day at 8am with a shotgun start and nine holes of golf on the back nine holes of the Old Course. Guests will experience playing the famous 18th which has been recognized as one of the top 100 holes in golf. A nine hole venue is perfect for a team building exercise, lasting about 2.5 hours. $150 per player Includes green fees, nine holes of championship golf, rental clubs, sleeve of balls, cart & tournament staging. Beverage cart and meals are also available upon request for an additional charge. 3. Horse Race (48 Players) Relatively brief and best suited for groups of 48 or less. Players are broken into teams of two or four and each player rotates who hits the shots. Here’s the catch: everyone tees off on the same hole at the same time with 24 or 12 players teeing off. Shots are alternated until the hole is holed out. The number of players is reduced by half on each hole until a winner is left. Package includes 2-3 Half Moon Bay Golf Links staff members to manage the event, plus rental clubs and carts for the players. Please note that this event can only be staged before 10am or after 4pm daily. $60 per player with a minimum of 24 participants Beverage cart and meals are also available upon request for an additional charge. 4. Mini Golf We create a six hole putting contest on the putting green that features dog legs, water holes, trees, rock outcroppings and out of bounds. Whether or not you’re a golfer, its lots of fun! $750 per event

Drive-in Movie Night Imagine guests sitting in our convertible golf carts with customized keepsake blankets, while watching a film on a large projection screen complete with surround-sound and classic “car-hop” waiters on rollerskates offering fresh cotton candy, hot buttered popcorn and adult beverages. A very successful film used for this event was “Riding Giants” the story of Mavericks surfing. Mavericks can be seen from the hotel, and Jeff Clark the legendary big wave rider could be available to sign posters as guests watch the film. Rates depend upon the number of guests (240 guest limit) and the amenities requested. 6. Glow-in-the-dark Night Golf (48 Players) Play the 18th hole of either course using glow-in-the-dark golf balls and luminescent pins. Have a closest ball to the pin contest where all players tee off together and then play from the location of the ball that landed closest to the pin. The group will complete their event on the 18th hole in front of The Ritz-Carlton. Our golf professionals, golf carts, and rental clubs and shoes are available to all event guests. Rates As Quoted

7. Monte Carlo Night Tables set-up for roulette, poker, craps and black jack plus a row of slot machines. Professional dealers and gaming attendants are included. No real bets –just bragging rights. Raffle prizes, food and beverage service are also available. Rates As Quoted 8. Sports Bar Perfect for the “Big Game” or any gathering of sports fanatics. The Mullins clubhouse can be reconfigured as a giant living room including over-sized couches, arm chairs, and tables facing our four large flat screen televisions, each with an abundance of available sports-related television broadcasts. 13. Your Course for a Day Full-use of either the Old Course or the Ocean Course for tournaments, special events, large family reunions at high end weddings, or… This rate includes an entire day’s exclusive access to all 18 championship holes on the Old Course or Ocean Course, your choice. Scoring of tournaments and customized cart signs may also be provided. Events, including wedding ceremonies, may be conducted on nearly any portion of your “private course for a day”. Hosts may also opt to use part of their day for novel events such as a luxurious picnic, outdoor concert or a “Movies under the Stars” night on the spectacular bluffs of the Old Course 18th hole. A food and beverage credit may be applied to a picnic, or other custom package such as wine-tasting, sushi stations, or barbeque facilities located along alternate holes on your course. Key Policies & Procedures
All events and the individual(s) and/or organizations(s) that contract those events (“Hosts”) held at Half Moon Bay Golf Links (HMBGL) are subject to the following terms and conditions: Beginning and Ending Times will be clearly outlined in all contracts so as to best meet the expectations of event hosts and their guests as well as the enjoyment of all resort guests. Over-time fees will be applied at the rate of $500 per hour for every hourly increment beyond the contracted period. Please note that overtime may not be available for ceremonies held on the Old Course 18th Hole. Beverage Service (per ABC regulations): HMBGL operates in compliance with laws regarding alcohol service and will refuse such beverages to anyone less than 21 years of age or to anyone who is obviously intoxicated. Alcohol cannot be served after 1:30am. Cancellations forfeit any fees paid up until that point, with forgiveness of any remaining fees that are not otherwise contractually obligated. Children are the sole responsibility of the event Hosts and HMBGL assumes no responsibility or liability for children attending events at HMBGL. All children under 16 must be under adult supervision at all times. On-site childcare is not available, though special menus and activities may be arranged, upon advance request. Coat Check service is available with a dedicated attendant for $25 per hour. One attendant is recommended for parties of 10-60; two are recommended for parties of 60-120. Confirmation of times, menu selections, room set up, rental selections, and other key event details must be finalized in writing three weeks prior to your event Corkage Fees of $20++ per standard 750ml bottle applies to wines not ordered through Mullins. Décor must be approved in advance by HMBGL in order to be certain that such items meet fire code for public places. Damage to any portion of Half Moon Bay Golf Links by guests or vendors hired by the event hosts are the financial responsibility of said Host. Deposits and Payments: for ceremonies and receptions, a $2,000 deposit is required in order to

guarantee a date and time. This deposit amount will be credited toward your HMBGL bill for the ceremony site fee or food & beverage charges, as applicable. The deposit is non-refundable as well as non-transferable & can be paid by major credit card, check or cash. 25% of the estimated total is due four months prior to your event date; 50% of the estimated total is then due two months prior to your event date and the remaining 25% is due two weeks prior to the event date. Any additional amounts are due by cash or credit card only with the final headcount no less than 72 hours prior to your event. Additionally, a signed credit card authorization form must be provided prior to the start of any reception to cover any variable costs. A final itemized statement will be provided within two weeks of the event’s conclusion. Guest Count, including meal preference if more than one entrée is offered, is due to your special events manager no less than three full business days (Monday through Friday) prior to your event. The guest count cannot be reduced after that point. Indemnification: the Hosts shall conduct the event in an orderly manner and in compliance with applicable laws as well as venue policies. The Host hereby indemnifies and holds harmless HMBGL, its employees and agents against any claim, liabilities and costs arising out of, or connected with the function or this agreement, caused or contributed to by the negligence of the Host, guest, agent or contractor hired by the Host. Injury: all resort guests must abide by venue rules and regulations, including not venturing on to the golf course without an authorized HMBGL staff member present as at all times there are dangers inherent in the play of golf which may result in serious and/or grave injury to those who either participate in this sport and/or who venture on to any portion of the golf course. HMBGL is not responsible or liable for any injury incurred on the property. HMBGL is not responsible for personal injury or property damage. Lost and Found: HMBGL cannot be responsible for personal belongings or items provided by a vendor not-contracted directly through HMBGL. However, we will make a good-faith effort to locate and return to the owner any items we may find.

Key Policies & Procedures (continued) Menu Selections are subject to seasonal availability and may change without notice so that our chef can provide your event with the freshest produce and best quality ingredients available. In the case of two or more entrée selections, the higher priced entrée rate will prevail, and entrée identification is required at each guest table such as a marked place card. Menu Tasting for up to two guests is available gratis for functions with a plated entrée on their menu with 50 guests or more in their group. Outside Dessert Fee: is $2.00++ per guest and when a cake is involved, this fee includes a display table with basic linen, dessert plates and forks for each guest, cake cutting by our waitstaff followed by serving of that cake to party guests. Overtime above and beyond the standard event schedule may be available at the rate of $400 per hour. Please contact your event manager ahead of time to discuss your specific needs relative to the venue and staff’s availability. Performance Guarantee: HMBGL will do everything within its power to provide all goods and services as contracted. However, HMBGL shall not be liable for its limited or interfered performance due to “Acts of God”, labor disputes, governmental regulations or acts, restriction upon weather, travel/transportation, or other such causes beyond the reasonable control of HMBGL. Photos taken on any portion of the golf course are the exclusive privilege of Half Moon Bay Golf Links guests hosting either a wedding or reception & who have obtained -in writing- permission to do so. These photos may not be used for any commercial purposes without permission in writing from HMBGL including the approval of any final product. For safety purposes, a HMBGL employee must escort all guests while photographs are taken on the course. Prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until written into a signed contract along with the receipt by HMBGL from the host of the necessary deposit(s). Reception Hours: unless otherwise contracted, receptions shall be limited to five hours in duration. Overtime rates will apply thereafter.

Rental Charges apply to all sites and include the basic amenities and services listed with each package description. Sales Tax shall be added to all ceremony site fees, F&B charges as well as the service charge in accordance with California state tax laws (CR section 1603f). The current local sales tax rate is 8.25%. Seating Chart with Place Cards are required when more than one entrée option has been selected Service Charge (gratuity) of 18% will be added to all food and beverage charges. Per state regulations, this service charge is also subject to the local sales tax rate. Sound must be contained within a very limited radius of the venue so as to minimize any disturbance of the surrounding neighborhood. Management staff reserves the right to work with hosts and vendors to keep sound within a comfortable level for all concerned. All amplified sound must end no later than midnight. Valet Service is complimentary to all guests either playing golf or dining at Mullins Bar & Grill. When a reception is held at the neighboring Ritz-Carlton hotel, these guests will retrieve their cars through the hotel’s own valet service in their hotel’s own courtyard where a valet fee may be applied by the hotel. Vendor Meals will be served after the event guests and unless otherwise contracted, outside vendors will be served the same meal as the guests as the same cost or the host’s choice of another pre-selected item from the regular restaurant menu. This should be included in the final head count. Weather cannot be guaranteed and events will not be cancelled or rescheduled due to temperature, winds or precipitation.
