RUST REMOVER: Chipping of existing loose and damaged cover concrete at specified locations (including external columns) up to the concrete core with chis el and hammer, carting debris away from site cleaning the surface with wire brush and washing concrete surface with water including covering building faces with gunny cloth, etc complete. providing and Applying Rust Remover on existing exposed Reinforcement Bars complete as per the instructions and as per the technical specification or as instructed by the Engineer. NOTE: The Item shall be paid only on the actual Consumption of Rust Remover. R. I. COATS: Providing and applying Rust Inhibition Coats / system to exposed rebars & also new rebars complete. More detailed specification to be referred as per technical specification or as instructed by the Consultant/Engineer. BOND COAT: Providing and applying raw Polymer Bond coat/ system to all exposed concrete surface and rebars prior to polymer treatment complete. More detailed specification to be referred as per technical specification or as instructed by the Consultant/Engineer. 3

PMM: Providing and applying polymer modified cement mortars of C.M 1:3 in specified ratio of polymer per bag of cement as per manufacturer specification OR in 1:5:15 ratio to RCC surfaces duly treated as above with appropriate thickness. More detailed specification to be referred as per technical specification or as instructed by the Consultant / Engineer. INJECTION GROUTING: Providing and executing grouting by installing PVC grout nipples at specified distance, providing and fixing connecting pipes from grout tank to nipples, grouting using cement slurry with acrylic based grout chemical with high pressure grouting pump of specified manufacturer to balcony tops, terrace waterproofing, column and beam wall delamination, etc. as instructed and shown by the engineer. PLASTERING WORK : Providing/Fixing and Erecting Double Scaffolding on the entire surface of the Building structure etc & covering with 3 to 4 mm thick waterproof Plywood or GI Sheets for all windows, doors or other openings at all levels including securing it properly to avoid damage to the glass panels and to prevent dust entering into flats/units etc. including dismantling the same after completion of the work & also covering entire surface from hassein cloth & Breaking of old

external plaster of any thickness and at all levels, carting debris away from site Providing and applying Double Coat Sand Face Plaster in patches (25 mm thick min. ) in C.M. ratio 1:4 plaster including appropriate admixture and Drip mould / Bands / Pattas etc. complete as per the instructions and as per technical specification or as instructed by the Engineer. 7 SEALING SEPARATION GAPS: Opening of separation gap between R.C.C. members and Bick - Work / Block - Work with electric cutter and removing all loose and deteriorated mortar between the same carting debris away from site & Providing & sealing separation cracks between RCC and brick work by cutting grove on both sides crack along the length by electrically operated groove cutter Breaking / removing plaster & loose mortar (up to 75mm depth) in the area between two grooves by chiseling. Washing by drinking water to make it dust free surface. Hammering 10 to 20mm size aggregates in the crack as directed by the consultant. Sealing the crack with polymer modified cementatious. Mortar 9 Up to 50mm depth in two layers 1:5.15.

Dismantling and removing the existing ceramic tile wall dado/skirting provided above the wall of Toilet/Bathroom along with back mortar, disposing off and carting away the debris from the colony premises and providing and fixing 200X300X8mm thick ceramic tiles of approved make and shade over back mortar C.M 1: 5 (25 mm average thickness) for wall of toilet/bathroom set with cement slurry and joints grouted with water proof jointing compounds of approved make and quality. The rate shall include all wastages, machine cutting of holes for inserting spouts for gas tubes, necessary etc complete and directed by the engineers of the Bank.
