Notes/ options

Costs for the kitchen units/ worktop etc are estimates- it all depends on taste- so we can discuss requirements and adjust costs accordingly, same goes for bathroom furniture. Quote is based on fitting a slim line (cloakroom) sink inside the w/c without moving walls upstairs. We could also re hang the door to open outwards which gives more space inside. The driveway quote is based on the following works: To construct approximately 25 sqm of hardstanding Construction Method Existing ground will be excavated to a depth of 250mm below ground level (block paving). Installation of Professional Geotextile under mot type 1 sub base to stabilise and strengthen base. 150 mm of mot type 1 limestone to be formatted and compacted in layers.
