It is recommended that people exercise somewhere between 60% and 80%of their maximum
heart rates to benefit from physical activity.
If you are just starting out or have not maintained regular activity in the past, begin your
program slowly (work within your lower limit) and gradually increase intensity over time.

Keep it comfortable to keep it enjoyable.
