Sunday, August 23

2:12 PM. LRS 32:123 Stop Sign Violation. A student was driving on North General Pershing
and was stopped for stop sign violation. A state citation was issued for the violation.

3:12 PM. LRS 14:62C Vehicle Burglary. A non student reported his vehicle was broken into
while parked at Textbook Rental Lot.

4:50 PM. 14:62C Vehicle Burglary. A non student reported his vehicle was broken into while
parked at Zachary Taylor Lot.

5:45 PM. LRS 14:62 Vehicle Burglary. LRS 14:56 Criminal Damage. Five suspicious subjects
were reported at Textbook Rental Lot pulling on the door handles of parked cars. Subjects were
located and arrested. Subjects were released to their parents and notice of interim bar letters were
issued.

6:28 PM. LRS 14:56 Criminal Damage to Property An employee reported damage to the interior
of Building E.


Monday, August 24

9:31 AM. Medical Emergency. A student reported passing out in class in Fayard Hall. Subject
refused medical treatment.

10:57 AM. Auto Crash. An auto accident was reported at Fayard Hall Lot. No injuries were
reported at the scene.

12:16 PM. LRS 14:56 Criminal Damage. A student reported damage to her front driver side
window caused by an authorized flyer.

3:29 PM. Auto Crash. LRS 32:863.1 No Proof of Insurance. An auto accident was reported at
North Oak Street. No injuries were reported at the scene. Victim was issued a state citation for
no proof of insurance.

4:04 PM. LRS 14:62 Simple Burglary. A student reported her decal was stolen off her vehicle.
4:56 PM. Auto Crash. An auto accident was reported at Tennessee Avenue. No injuries were
reported at the scene.

11:16 PM. LRS 40:966 Possession of Marijuana. A student was found smoking marijuana in
Zachary Taylor Hall. Subject was issued a Misdemeanor Summons and referred to Office of
Student Conduct.


Tuesday, August 25

9:03 PM. LRS 14:56 Criminal Damage. A student reported criminal damage to his vehicle while
parked at West Stadium Lot.

9:41 PM. LRS 32:303 Two Headlights Required. LRS 32:412 Expired Driver’s License. A non
student was driving on University Avenue and was stopped for not having two working
headlights. Driver was also found to have an expired driver’s license. A state citation was issued
for the violation.


Wednesday, August 26

2:00 AM. LRS 14:98 Driving While Intoxicated. A student was stopped for disobeying the gate
at Southeastern Oaks. Driver was found to be driving while intoxicated. Subject was arrested and
transported to TPSO. Subject was also referred to Office of Student Conduct.

5:58 AM. Medical Emergency. A non student reported tripping on the sidewalk at Zachary
Taylor Lot. Subject refused medical treatment.

7:41 AM. LRS 14:100 Hit and Run. A student reported his vehicle bumper was hit while turning
on North General Pershing.

8:50 AM. LRS 14:67 Theft. A student reported his parking decal was taken from his unsecured
vehicle.

10:03 AM. Auto Crash. An auto accident was reported at Cafalu Lot. No injuries were reported
at the scene.

12:42 PM. LRS 14:67 Theft. A student reported her Iphone was stolen from PSAC.

12:49 PM. Code of Conduct Violation. A student was found to have altered his hangtag. Subject
was referred to Office of Student Conduct.

1:22 PM. LRS 14:100 Hit and Run. A student reported her vehicle was hit while parked at North
Oak gravel lot.
10:32 PM. Code of Conduct Violation. A student was found to have altered his hangtag. Subject
was referred to Office of Student Conduct.

7:20 PM. LRS 14:67 Theft. A student reported his bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at
Livingston Hall.


Thursday, August 27

9:42 AM. LRS 32:415 Driving Under Suspension. A student was driving on North General
Pershing and was stopped for a stop sign violation. Driver was found to be driving under
suspension. A state citation was issued for the violation.

10:53 AM. Auto Crash. An auto accident was reported at Parking Garage. No injuries were
reported at the scene.

1:08 PM. Outstanding Warrant. A suspicious person was located walking through Pride Lot with
a knife. Subject was found to have outstanding warrants. Subject was arrested and transported to
HPD. Also subject was issued a notice of interim bar.

1:51 PM. Auto Crash. An auto accident was reported at West Dakota Street. No injuries were
reported at the scene.

1:54 PM. Medical Emergency. A student was reported having a seizure at McClimans Hall.
Subject was transported to North Oak Hospital.

9:30 PM. HCC 21-120.2 Noise Violation. A non student was driving on SGA Drive and was
stopped for a noise violation. A state citation was issued for the violation.

10:57 PM. Code of Conduct Violation. A student was referred to Office of Student Conduct for
providing false information during an investigation.

11:41 PM. Code of Conduct Violation. A student was driving on SGA Drive and was stopped for
a noise violation. Subject was issued a campus citation and referred to Office of Student
Conduct.


Friday, August 28

9:54 AM. LRS 14:62 Simple Burglary. A student reported her cell phone was stolen from her
vehicle at Rugby Lot.

12:03 PM. Auto Crash. An auto accident was reported at Cook Field Lot. No injuries were
reported at the scene.
12:25 PM. Code of Conduct Violation. A student was found to have altered her temporary
hangtag. Subject was referred to Office of Student Conduct.

1:01 PM. Auto Crash. An auto accident was reported at Cefalu Lot. No injuries were reported at
the scene.

3:48 PM. LRS 14:100 Hit and Run. A student reported his vehicle was struck while parked at
Southeastern Oaks.

4:28 PM. LRS 32:63 Speeding. LRS 47:506 No Vehicle Registration. A student was driving on
Texas Avenue and was stopped for speeding. Driver was also found to have no registration in
vehicle. A state citation was issued for the violations.


Saturday, August 29

11:53 PM. LRS 32:123 Stop Sign Violation. LRS 32:121 Failure to Yield. A student was driving
on University Avenue and was stopped for stop sign violation and failure to yield. A state
