          from	programs	such	as	Jr.	Achievement,	4-H,	Scouts	&	Guides,	pursuits	
          such	as	music,	arts,	and	drama,	and	community	volunteer	experiences.		

          Everyone,	in	every	kind	of	job,	needs	the	basics.	We	need	to	be	able	to	
          write	and	speak	clearly,	work	well	with	others,	understand	what	is	written	
          and	spoken,	and	use	math	effectively.	Don’t	underestimate	the	value	of	
          the	information	and	skills	you	learn	in	your	high	school	years.	These	skills	
          will	be	used	throughout	your	lifetime.
