School of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Dr. Dale discussed some initiatives at UAB for promoting equity and diversity.

Lunch and Learn Results:
Overall feedback from event evaluations is very positive. Completed evaluations reveal that participants were overall satisfied with the time allotted for the seminars, each of the topics, the
presenters for each event, and the networking aspect with other female faculty. As a needs assessment for future seminars, participants are asked to provide topics that they would like to
see discussed.
