Goodwill/Easter Seals wins grant to connect
ex-offenders to jobs; partners with W ilder Foundation

                                                                      By many accounts, Creating Foundations was a success. While the 17-month Job

                                                                      advancement of individuals enrolled in the program resulted in the creation of jobs for
                                                                      71 participants, exceeding its goal of 52. Fifty-eight individuals were hired for jobs in
                                                                      construction or a related field.
                                                                      The average hourly wage for all initial placements was $11.32 and $11.49 for
