              Company will contact you. The adjustor as expert, may
            attend the scene depending on the complexity and value of
                                     the claim

   the adjustor shows up

   The adjustor may arrange a meeting with you to convey all pertinent
   information regarding the loss

   Restoration contractor will take over emergency work

   Contents assessment will take place and shortly thereafter repair or
   replacement will be advised




            The Adjustor will ask for a list of destroyed items, their repair or
             replacement value and place or replacement. They will use this
                information to assess the scope of repair or replacement

   When the site is cleaned up the adjustor will arrange for competitive
   bids for repair

    You may be asked to sign a document guaranteeing payment of
    deductible and authorization to proceed with emergency repairs




                 You are responsible for the deductible, even if
                            someone else is at fault

   The adjustor reports to Zurich Insurance Company recommending a
   course of action and coverage in respect of the policy terms and
   conditions

   After adjuster receives instruction from insurance company, he will
   authorize further repair as per policy

   Client will sign authorization for permanent repairs

   At or near completion of repairs, the work should be inspected for
   quality and completeness

   document for the insurance claim
