8. CANCELLATION POLICY: Should the exhibitor be unable to occupy and use the exhibit space contracted for and should MRA be notified
in writing by September 30, 2009, 50% of all fees paid by the exhibitor to date will be refunded. No refund of any fees will be made if cancellation
is received on or after October 1, 2009.
