Rewarding Our Members
25% Interest Rebate 50% Bonus Dividend
Did you know that Fort Worth City Credit Union is one of the few financial institutions of any kind that rewards their members/customers by returning year-end profits? Your Board of Directors are doing it again by returning over a million dollars to the members with the Interest Rebate and a Bonus Dividend. This is just another great reason for being a FWCCU Member. Borrowers will receive an interest refund of 25% of the interest paid on personal & real estate loans and MasterCard in 2007. This interest refund was credited to your share account on December 31, 2007. MasterCard refunds will be credited to your bill in January 2008. An example of this is if you paid $500.00 in interest on loans in 2007, you will receive a $125.00 interest refund. Savers will receive a bonus dividend of 50% on the interest you earned on your share account during 2007. This bonus dividend was credited to your share account on December 31, 2007. An example of this is if you earned $200.00 in dividends on your share account in 2007, you will receive a $100.00 bonus dividend. FWCCU Board of Directors emphasizes that this interest refund and bonus dividend is based on 2007 results. Therefore, any future interest refund and bonus dividend would be based solely on that year’s performance.
