CFPC/ACFP Membership
Effective February 1, 2008, the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the Alberta
College of Family Physicians (ACFP) annual membership fees for new and returning members will
be set at 50% of the full regular annual fee for the first two years of their membership.

2009 CFPC Membership fee:       $628.00
2009 ACFP Membership fee:       $228.00
Sub Total:                      $856.00
50% reduced fee:                $428.00
Total Membership Fee:           $428.00

The 50% discount applies to all new CFPC memberships from Feb. 1, 2008 to December 31,
2009. Returning members are eligible for this discount if their membership was discontinued
prior to July 1, 2008.

Cheques for CFPC Membership may be made payable to The College of Family Physicians of
Canada and mailed with a completed membership application form to The College of Family
Physicians of Canada (form and return envelope enclosed).
