Frequently asked Question (FAQ) is a feature through which support people can post their queries for technical problems. These queries will be constantly reviewed & answered by Technical wizards . Thus empowering the support team with online solutions. How Do I Access FAQ? FAQ is currently given as a link in www.hclfvmart.com .This is a secure option currently accessible only by employees. On clicking on this link the user will have to login by giving his user code & password to proceed further. What are the options available in FAQ? Latest FAQ’s o o o o All FAQ’s are posted here from the database as a link in descending order of Date In each Page a set of 10 questions will be displayed A search utility is available to facilitate easily lookup of queries On clicking on Each Query, All the solutions posted for that query along with date, user name will be Displayed

Advanced Search o o o All FAQ’s are posted here from the database as a link in descending order of Date In each Page a set of 10 questions will be displayed An Advanced search utility is provided with the following arguments Timestamp Between ______ and ________ (in DD-MM-YYYY) format Last Updated Between ______ and ________ (in DD-MM-YYYY) format Subject Like __________________ Order By None /Last Updated / Score/ Subject / Timestamp
Post Your Query o o o Queries can be posted for technical assistance through this option There are 2 types of FAQ’s . Public FAQ’s where the queries posted can be viewed by everyone and Private FAQ which can be seen only by the person to whom the FAQ was sent The following parameters have to be entered while posting a query - Question Title : < A short Description of the Query> - Query Description :< Description of the query > - Usercode : < Default logged in user code > - Email iD : < Default Email id of user > - Private/Public : < Type of Query > If private then he should select the username ( i.e the person who he wishes to send the query to) - Edit Permission : < All / Individual > Finally click on submit to register the query
Answer Query o o o All pending queries that requires to be answered will be listed in this screen The query can be viewed and solution provided The following parameters have to be entered while providing solution Pending FAQ no : All Pending FAq’ will be listed . Query : The description of the query of the selected Faq no will be displayed. Group : If the answer is same for multiple questions the user has to check the checkbox for the corresponding question , this question gets added in the drop list . Answer Collection : All solutions are listed here. The user can select an already exiting answer if applicable for the question. Answer : If the user wants to enter a new solution the same can be entered UserName : The logged in user’s name will be displayed Email : The logged in user’s email will be displayed or can be entered
