What is the Greensburg High School Science Fair?
The Greensburg Science Fair is an important component of science education that provides:

 An opportunity to display outstanding research projects
 Encouragement and recognition for upcoming science students
 An atmosphere where young adults can discuss their work with local community leaders

When and where is the Greensburg High School Science Fair?
January 24, 2006 at the Greensburg High School Field House. Projects will be on display to the public
from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Who can participate?
Any Greensburg High School student who has submitted a research project and registration forms.

What is the deadline for registration?
Monday, January 16 at 3 p.m.

What are the categories being judged and the awards?
Life Science, Earth Science, and Physical Science. Savings Bonds of $100, $75, and $50 in each category
sponsored by Stewart Seeds, First Federal Bank, WTRE, Kova Inc., and Mainsource Bank. In addition,
medals will be provided to the overall winners and ribbons to the 2nd and 3rd place finishers.

What is the schedule for January 24, 2006?
1:00-1:30                Judges (only) examine projects
1:30 p.m-3p.m. Project judging (students must be at projects)
3 p.m.-7 p.m.   Open to the public
7p.m.-7:30 p.m. Awards Ceremony
