Rules and Conditions 1. 2. 3. The committee reserves the right to refuse any entry or alter the schedule without assigning a reason or without prior notice. No entry will be refunded unless the secretary is notified in writing not later than 48hrs prior to the commencement of the show. No person shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete in any competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure that members of the public are not put at risk of injury Hard hats conforming to BS EN 1384, PAS 015 must be worn with the chin strap securely fastened at all times when mounted. Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of an incident & accompanied by a £20 deposit that is returned should the objection be sustained. All persons on the show ground attend/compete at their own risk, the committee are not responsible for any incident that may occur to any horse, rider, spectator or property. All ridden horses and ponies must be 4yrs and over. It is the competitor’s responsibility to present themselves at the correct time for their class. All competitors are expected to be suitably insured for all events. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. The show organisers strongly recommend that after any fall a visit to the medical centre be made before continuing. Failure to comply with any of the above conditions or the wishes of the show officials may result in ejection from the ground without refund of entries. The decision of the committee on any point not covered above is FINAL
