Waiving a requirement of clause 6(a) of rule XIII with respect to consideration of certain resolutions reported from the Committee on Rules. 1 Resolved, That the requirement of clause 6(a) of rule

2 XIII for a two-thirds vote to consider a report from the 3 Committee on Rules on the same day it is presented to 4 the House is waived with respect to any resolution re5 ported on the legislative day of Thursday, September 26, 6 2002, providing for the consideration or disposition of a
