The Occupier understands that the Company will rely upon this consent if it proceeds with the Loan (and any further loans) and the mortgage. The consent will also apply for the benefit of any person to whom the mortgage may be transferred, assigned or charged (without obtaining any further confirmation from the Occupier or the Borrower).
