SECTION 1. LAND CONVEYANCE, ARMY RESERVE TRAINING CENTER, BUFFALO, MINNESOTA.

(a) CONVEYANCE AUTHORIZED.—The Secretary of

6 the Army may convey, without consideration, to the Buf7 falo Independent School District 877 of Buffalo, Min8 nesota (in this section referred to as the ‘‘School Dis-

2 1 trict’’), all right, title, and interest of the United States 2 in and to a parcel of real property, including improve3 ments thereon, that is located at 800 8th Street, N.E., 4 in Buffalo, Minnesota, and contains a former Army Re5 serve Training Center, which is being used by the School 6 District as the site of the Phoenix Learning Center. 7 (b) DESCRIPTION
OF

PROPERTY.—The exact acreage

8 and legal description of the real property to be conveyed 9 under subsection (a) shall be determined by a survey satis10 factory to the Secretary. The cost of the survey shall be 11 borne by the School District. 12 (c) ADDITIONAL TERMS
AND

CONDITIONS.—The

13 Secretary may require such additional terms and condi14 tions in connection with the conveyance under subsection 15 (a) as the Secretary considers appropriate to protect the 16 interests of the United States.
