      strategic partnerships
   4. Harmonisation of policies
   5. To facilitate and guide research and pilot studies
   6. Standardisation of data and surveillance systems

HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT

      HIV/AIDS within the education and training sector
   2. To impart knowledge and skills on HIV/AIDS to both learners
      and educators
   3. To coordinate research

  2. Reassure tourists on the availability of high quality health
     care in the region
  3. Support community based tourism
TRANSPORT AND COMMUNICATION

1.To decrease the number of HIV/AIDS infected and affected              $3,000,000
  individuals and families in the SADC
