(NASDAQ®: CAC; the “Company”), announced today the filing of a universal shelf registration statement on Form S-3 with the S
Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).

The shelf registration statement is subject to review by the SEC and will be effective only following SEC approval. The filing of this r
statement only provides the Company with the ability to issue securities, it does not require the Company to do so. If and when the
statement is declared effective by the SEC, it would grant the Company a three-year option to offer and sell, in one or more public
aggregate of $100 million worth of common stock, debt securities, or warrants, either separately or together.
