							TCC’s Customer Appreciation Day Recap
Our first ever Customer Appreciation Day was a big success! Over 460 people attended. We had food, malts, a bounce castle, blood pressure
screening, bike safety training, face painting, balloons, gifts, prizes and more! Former CEO Fred Weier was honored for his 29 years of service
with a ceremony, a plaque and a commemorative clock. The Dairy Ambassador was here greeting people and helping to make malts and Dave
Sumner filled in for Dave Carlson to talk about fishing tactics. Prize winners included: 2 Green Bay Packer Tickets - Gloria Wagener,

“My name is Jill and I live in Galesville, WI, and am currently using wireless cable thru TCC. I had been having to reboot my wireless modem
every day for about a week, and then was unable to get any wireless connection. I knew that the modem itself was working because I could
attach a Cat 5 cable from my wireless modem to my laptop and get a land line connection. I have worked in the IT department for a large com-
pany for many years. However, I never had the chance to work with wireless connections. I called the help desk and they were unable to help
me, and had me call the sales office to have someone come and take a look. Within a half hour a man was here from the TCC tech office. He
knew just what to do. He was courteous, efficient, and very thorough. He was in and out within 10 minutes. He had my wireless cable working
within a minute, and explained to me what the problem was and the quick fix, so I will not need to call TCC the next time this occurs. He also
checked my splitter in the basement to make sure everything there was working properly, and also checked the box outside. I called TCC
because I was very impressed with the service from TCC and the excellent service from their tech. It is very seldom in my experience to see
such a good ethic in young people today, and wanted to make sure that TCC knew what an asset to TCC this young man was. We have always
received reliable service from TCC, but this man went above and beyond what he had to do and was very polite. This is why I will always use
TCC for our Technical Communication needs.” ~ Jill.
