Students deliver meals
Fourth-, fifth- and sixth-graders at Madison Christian School volunteered their time to deliver Meals on Wheels April 2125. Their tasks included picking up the meals, which are packed in coolers, at the High Rise in Madison. Some days students picked up two coolers -- one for hot and one for cold food. Students delivered meals at the homes listed on a clipboard. Some meals were delivered to elderly couples and others were delivered to single individuals. First- and second-graders at Madison Christian School dislplay the calendars they put g together about each patriotic holiday. We met many friendly people. It was a fun, learning experience.
