At its meeting on December 7, 2009, the Livonia Central School Board of Education:

RECOGNIZED the Parent, Teacher, Student Association.

HEARD reports from the Administrators and the Superintendent.

APPROVED the payment of the warrants and additional bills.

APPROVED the designation of Community Bank, N.A. as an official bank depository.

ACCEPTED the single audit for July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 performed by the district’s external
     auditor.

AMENDED the districts 403(b) plan to provide that all employees are eligible to participate in the plan
     (language change for uniformity).

ACCEPTED special education placements as provided.

ACCEPTED the resignation of Michael Cosimano and Erin Coughlin, Teaching Assistants, and Sharon
Adams, Van Driver.

APPROVED the following student teachers for second semester:
     Stephanie Bergin with Chris Chartier
     Stephanie Shilling with Dave Crabb
     Hannah Huhr with Jen Dorey
     Dianna Nelson with Pam Leader
     Alissa Smith with Linda Erhard

APPROVED Judy Paul as advisor for volleyball Intramurals (HS).

APPROVED Theresa Sime and Steve Mack as volunteers in the Athletic Program.

APPROVED an unpaid practicum for U of R student Rachael Davis with Sandy Braun.

APPOINTED the following personnel:

APPROVED a staff leave-of-absence.

HEARD a first reading in anticipation of a second reading and adoption of the following new or revised
     district policies:
     3170 Naming of Facilities (New)
     5680 Building Security (Revised)
     6170 Safety of Students (Fingerprinting Clearance of New Hires)
