Podcast FAQ Q. I am getting a “service unavailable” message from your website, or “An unknown error occurred (503)” in iTunes when I try to download the weekly sermon podcast. Why is that? A. Due to high traffic volume, our podcast server currently has a limited number of connections available at any given time for users to request and download a podcast. Our podcast traffic load is higher during the morning hours, so if you receive a “service unavailable” message we suggest that you try to download your podcast later in the day. Q. I would like to have the podcast downloaded automatically every week. How can I do this? A. This option is currently available on our website. Simply go to the following link: www.livingwordaudioministry.com. On this web page you can copy and paste the podcast xml feed you see into iTunes using the following steps: 1. Open iTunes. 2. In iTunes, along the top menu, select “Advanced,” and then in the “Advanced” option drop down, select “Subscribe to Podcast.” A small window will appear for you to paste the xml feed into what you have copied from our website. 3. Click “OK” and you will be subscribed to the podcast you chose. Your podcast will download automatically every week.
Q. I missed a podcast. It is no longer available. Can I still access it to download? A. Currently we only offer a 20-Sermon archive of the podcasts on our website due to limited space on the server. In the future we may offer more than 20-Sermons in our podcast archive. Until then, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Q. I would like to make an mp3 audio CD of the podcast sermons for my own personal, noncommercial use. May I do this? A. Yes. All of our podcasts are free for your own personal, noncommercial use. Q. I do not have an iPod or a digital mp3 audio player, but I would still like to listen to your podcasts. Is that possible? A. Yes. You can listen to any of the mp3 podcasts on your computer with Windows Media Player, Real Player , QuickTime., or dBpowerAmp provided free on our website.
