Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn combines two widely

successful brands – Nickelodeon, the number-one kids’ entertainment brand, and Holiday Inn, the resort of choice for nine out of 10 American travelers. Located near Orlando’s famous attractions and theme parks, the $110 million resort features Nick’s signature brand and style throughout all 777 suites on the 24-acre site. THE LOBBY: The lobby, decorated in signature Nickelodeon colors, and featuring kids’ favorite Nickelodeon characters, houses registration, a separate kids’ check-in desk, a business center and free wireless Internet access.
GUEST SUITE LAYOUTS Created as a new Holiday Inn room type in 1996, KidSuites® units rocked the vacation industry by providing parents and kids with their own space and amenities. Now, Nickelodeon Family Suites by Holiday Inn will take KidSuites to the next level by providing kids with their own Nickelodeon-branded bedroom. 2-BEDROOM KIDSUITES WITH BUNK OR TWIN BEDS: The 2-Bedroom KidSuite, which can sleep a family of up to six, features Nick show themes such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Rugrats, The Fairly OddParents, Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, and Danny Phantom. The semi-private themed kids’ bedroom includes bunk beds or two twin beds, 20” television, in-suite television movie rental.
The private adult bedroom features a king or queen bed, 25” television, lighted make-up mirror, hair dryer, safe, and iron and ironing board. The family room features a pull-out sleeper sofa, 25” television, player, high-speed Internet access, game table, and a mini-kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. 3-BEDROOM/ 2-BATH KIDSUITES: The 3-Bedroom KidSuite can sleep up to eight and has two bathrooms and three bedrooms, and is ideal for larger and extended families traveling together. The semi-private Nicktoon-themed kids’ bedroom features bunk beds, 20” television, in-suite television movie rental. Two private master bedrooms include a king bed, 25” television, combination vanity/work station, lighted make-up mirror, hair dryer, safe, clock radio, and iron and ironing board. The family room features a pull-out sleeper sofa, 36” television and high-speed Internet access. In addition, the room features a fully-equipped kitchen with stove top range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, extended counter top, and dining room table. 1-BEDROOM SUITES: The 1-Bedroom Suites offer a private master bedroom, parlor area and a kitchen. The kitchen includes a stove top range, full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, extended counter top and cook and flatware, a 36” television, and highspeed Internet access in the parlor. The private bedroom features a king bed, 25” TV, and combination vanity/work station, safe, and iron and ironing board.
TWO INTERACTIVE WATER PARK AREAS THE LAGOON: The Lagoon is a first-of-its-kind courtyard featuring a zero-depth entry pool anchored by a four-story interactive water tower featuring multiple slides, climbing nets, water jets, and a 400gallon dump tank that splashes down unexpectedly. Nick-branded daily scheduled poolside interactive games hosted by the recreation team. (Weather permitting) A netted basketball court featuring several multi-height basketball hoops for all ages. Kids’ Play Area – A wet/dry pre-school play area with a fivefoot slide and Nick Jr.-branded water-based activities. Mini Golf Course – A free-form, nine-hole golf course. Pool Bar and Grill – A poolside eatery serving healthy options including salads and sandwiches, as well as items like hamburgers and hot dogs, soft drinks snacks, specialty drinks and alcoholic beverages.
THE OASIS:
The Oasis features a wet/dry play area, water slides and a lap-style pool, and is home to a multi-level interactive water tower with flumes and slides below. The twisting and turning flumes guide guests to a “splash down” into the Oasis pool. The structure also features lower-level slides for youngsters. RESORT AMENITIES STUDIO NICK: Studio Nick presents live, nightly interactive Nickelodeon entertainment for families. Shows are specifically designed by Nickelodeon for hotel guests and are performed in a million dollar state-of-the-art theater. The cost is $10.00 per child age 12 and under, and $17.00 per person age 13 and older. NICKTOONS CAFÉ: This restaurant also offers other dining options in a full-service setting, with an à la cart and buffet menu for select meals. A full room service menu is available. Kids 12 and under can partake in the “Kids Eat Free” program at select eateries from the kid’s menus. THE BUFFET: The Buffet restaurant serves a hot, American breakfast buffet every morning; other meals are offered based on occupancy. Details provided upon arrival. The Lounge provides adults with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere to relax and enjoy a cocktail, frozen drink or afterdinner coffee in a full-service bar. With services such as, hair braiding, hair wraps and temporary tattoos, this spa is specially designed to pamper kids. Services range from $10 - $40 for individual services, and $35 – $99 for packages. The hotel has 3,600-square-feet of banquet space to host prearranged family reunions, anniversary celebrations and birthday parties. The Mall is the hub of activities for the hotel. Guests can dine at the nationally-branded food court featuring a variety of eateries, or purchase packaged items such as snacks, drinks and sundries at the Other Stuff convenience store. The Mall also houses The Arcade, a 3,000-square-foot game room and game rental for in-suite game use. Guests can purchase the latest Nickelodeon retail items at Nick Stuff, a specialty retail shop, as well as have travel pros assist with purchasing theme park tickets and answer questions about Orlando area attractions.
