SECTION 1. SUBSTITUTION OF CONCORD OR NIAGARA GRAPE JUICE CONCENTRATES.
(a) IN GENERAL.—Section 313 of the Tariff Act of
6 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1313) is amended by adding at the end 7 the following: 8 ‘‘(x) GRAPE JUICE CONCENTRATES.—Any grape
9 juice concentrate of degrees brix 68–70 that is made from 10 Concord or Niagara grapes shall be considered as ‘of the
2 1 same kind and quality’ as any other grape juice con2 centrate of degrees brix 68–70, for purposes of subsection 3 (b) of this section, regardless of color, variety, or any other 4 characteristic.’’. 5 (b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendment made by
6 this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment 7 of this Act, and shall apply to any drawback claim filed 8 on or after such date.
