What is the After-Grad Party:
The BHS PTO is planning an alcohol/drug free Graduation Celebration to take place Friday, June 6 from 11pm – 5am following graduation ceremonies for all Battlefield High School Seniors.

This year the BHS 2008 After-Graduation Celebration Planning committee is being co-chaired by Deb Hobar & Mary Paris. What ADULT VOLUNTEERS are needed for this event?
The night of this event we will need AT LEAST 100,
An event of this size takes tremendous volunteer effort – both in planning & chaperones of the actual night. men & women for it to occur! What kind of DONATIONS are needed for this event?
Prizes will be drawn hourly, and all winners
All Donations we receive will be given to the attending seniors in the form of door prize drawings the night of the event. MUST be present to claim their prizes. We would LOVE anything you personally could donate in the form of cash, merchandise or services. Ratigan, The same for businesses. Our committee chair, Linda jman619306@aol.com, is keeping the master list of potential contacts
and actual prizes donated. Please contact her directly to find out what we have & what we’d still LOVE! Monetary contributions will be used to help fund the event as
far as entertainment and as well as the procurement of additional larger prizes we might like to give away to the seniors. We also have a WISH LIST posted on our After Grad Volunteers/Donations page indicating what we would love to have! A Business/Solicitation form is also provided on the PTO website, www.bhs-pto.com, for you to provide to businesses/services that you think would be willing to support this Alcohol/Drug-Free Graduation Celebration for the Battlefield Class of 2008. For your convenience, monetary donations can be made via Paypal directly on our website.
TICKET SALES:
$40 if purchased by March 14. An extra bonus is students will each receive 5 additional prize/raffle tickets with an early purchase. After that date, tickets will be $50. Tickets will be sold during each lunch Wednesday & Thursday, thru March 13. Download the TICKET FORM (text only) or to mail in ticket order(s) One ticket form per student. Checks are payable to BHS-After Grad Party, and can be either mailed to the school…address on ticket form, or dropped in front office. Be sure and label the envelope “PTO”. You can also purchase a tickets on our website using PAYPAL.
FUNDRAISING:
The PTO is obtaining approval from the BHS admin for several fund-raisers to support the After-Grad party. Stay tuned for more details, as we will need your assistance with these activities in the next 3 months as well.
